Story
I am currently fostering my uncle's 12 year old lab and am looking for a permanent home for her so she can live out the rest of her life. My uncle was recently hospitalized for mental health related reasons and is unable to care for her. I have recently taken her to the vet and she is now updated on all shots and they were able to clip back her nails some, although they had been allowed to grow out for some time, so they are much longer than they should be. I have two other full size dogs, and having three dogs in my home is just too many for me. She hasn't had any issues with my dogs, as she really just ignores them. She likes being around people and is very food motivated. She has not had any accidents in the house, so she seems to be fully house trained. She has some skin tags and rough patches on her joints where there's no longer fur, just coarse skin. She gets around fine, but have noticed that her back legs seem a little weaker.

Story
Meet Murphy! His owners never came forward for him and without a microchip, we've done all we can to find his family. We already have 3 small dogs of our own, so we are trying to find a new and forever family for this handsome fella! We believe him to be fairly young based on his personality. He is a little timid with new people, but once he warms up to you, you will be his BFF! He is active and loves chasing and being chased in the yard. Someplace where he can get a lot of activity would be best - yard, walks, hikes, etc. He is mostly house trained (we have had some nervous pees and hes also not neutered yet). He walks well on a leash, loves his toys (and those that are not his), gets along really well with other dogs, and is just an all around sweetheart. He is about 40 pounds and most likely a lab/pointer type of mix. Please message me if you'd like any other information on him!

Story
Zia is a great companion, yet I’m facing a serious physical concern and am no longer able to keep up with her. It’s sad for me to rehome up a beloved pet, but I know she will have a better life with someone who will be a stronger owner than I can be for her.

Story
Meet Otis! Otis is a 4–5 month old yellow lab mix who is sweet, loyal, and full of playfulness! He loves running around with the kids and other dogs in his foster home, and he’s doing great with potty training. He’s also kennel trained for meals and downtime. He may look small now, but Otis is going to be a large dog—likely 60–80 lbs. He’ll do best with someone familiar with the exercise, structure, and training needs of a big, energetic young dog. He’s smart, eager to please, and settles easily once he’s had playtime and attention.Otis would make a wonderful companion for an active family, especially one with another friendly dog. He’s a perfect puppy, ready to grow up with a family who can match his size, energy, and big heart.

Story
Dog Friendly: No Cat Friendly: No Kid Friendly: Yes, Older Children Meet Griffin: Your Perfect Laid-Back Companion! If you’re in search of a laid-back four-legged friend who’s as intelligent as he is cuddly, look no further than Griffin! This adorable pup is the perfect blend of charm and playfulness, ensuring that there’s never a dull moment when he’s around. Griffin has a delightful personality—he loves to “sploot” (laying with his back legs spread out) to greet you when he’s happy and can’t help but hop around and wiggle his butt when he’s feeling playful. His favorite activities include chasing toys or sticks, and he’ll even take it easy during tug-of-war to keep the fun going. After about 15 minutes of play, Griffin is more than happy to snuggle up on the couch for some well-deserved relaxation. He enjoys short to medium walks and is well-behaved on a leash—though he might get a little excitable if he spots a bunny or squirrel! Griffin is potty trained and does great in a kennel. He’s a true gentleman, never having had an accident or raided the trash or counters. His previous home only kenneled him during thunderstorms, which can make him anxious, so he appreciates a calm environment. While Griffin adores his human companions, he prefers to be the only furry friend in the household. If you’re ready to shower a solo pet with love and attention, Griffin is the perfect match for you!
