Meet Asher.... this little guy and his siblings are 12 weeks old. We assume they were released from the mill, as they do not look like labradoodles, but more like labs. These boys are a very dark choc color; almost black. Asher is your typical puppy.... loves to romp around and play and take naps. He loves other dogs and his foster home has young children also. Asher will be a large boy once fully grown. Remember he is just a puppy, so you will have to train him. His foster family is working on the housebreaking, but puppies get busy and forget. Meet Nala. She is almost 7 months old, with plenty of energy. She is a very sweet girl who just wants to please. She loves her belly rubs and playing with her ball. Nala loves everybody. She especially seems to gravitate to men. She has become buddies with the mailman and the FedEx man. She also likes kids. Once evening hits, Nala is a huge snuggle bunny and wants to sleep on your lap. She is also intelligent, and she's learned some "manners". She is not aggressive at all, but she still likes to jump up on you and give playful nips. She really needs a fenced in yard where she can run and jump all she wants and needs. Nala is potty trained, although has an accident now and then, if we can't get to the door fast enough to let her out. If interested in meeting this sweetie, please submit an application. Buddy is the sweetest boy. He is an (estimated) 7 year old Lab mix. He is the happiest when he is with you and will follow you anywhere. He is hoping his new home will let him sleep with them and promises not to take up to much room!!! All he wants is love. He weighs 60 pounds even though he looks much bigger and one of hie eyes is half brown and half blue. Buddy is great with all the dogs here and is very interested in the cats, but can be redirected. He will lay by your feet and be a loyal companion. His adoption fee is $250 and he has been neutered and fully vetted. Timber was placed in my care after a pregnant friend could no longer care for him. He is a 10 month old purebred chocolate lab (with papers to prove it!) He's a very smart and gentle giant- loves treats and plays very well with other dog, cats, and children. While I love him, i feel he is too much bigger for my space than I was lead to believe. Timber would do well in a home with other dogs and lots of space to run. While I ask for no adoption fee, I will run a background check on all potential owners, ask for 1 month of paystubs alongside monthly household expenses to ensure you're financially capable of taking him on.

Hey there, my name is Tig! I'm a one-year-old lab mix who came to Stray Haven as a stray through Dog Control. I'm a good boy overall, but I have some trust issues due to my past experiences. I don't like my head being touched or restrained too much, but a staff member here has been working with me on it and teaching me that no one will hurt me. I'm learning to trust people more every day.The scars on my nose suggest that I may have been locked away in a cage for most of my life, trying to break free. But luckily, I managed to escape and find my way to Stray Haven where I'm now safe and loved.I'm looking for a forever family who will treat me like a member of their own.
