Hallie is a young, sweet Lab-mix who loves being close to her people and enjoys calm companionship. She does best in a quiet, predictable home with a steady routine and patient, gentle guidance. She is a sensitive dog and can become anxious with too much stimulation or change, so she thrives in low-stress environments. Hallie has made progress with structure and would do best with an owner who understands anxious dogs and is willing to continue supporting her. Hallie would be happiest in a calm household, ideally with adults or older children, and possibly as an only dog or with a very calm canine companion. She does not do well with traditional crating and prefers having space to settle. With the right match, Hallie has so much love to give and the potential to be a wonderful, loyal companion.

Story
We got Zeus when he was 8 weeks old and he has been the sweetest thing ever. He is currently 5 years old, his birthday is in March (not sure what day). I want him to go to a good home where the owner can be home with him all the time. He does have separation anxiety and when put in the kennel it stresses him out and he will soil the kennel from the stress. He is good with cats but would do better in a home where there are none due to food aggression when they are around. He needs someone who has a backyard that he can run around in. Zeus is a happy go lucky dog. He just loves attention and cuddles. Zeus loves sleeping in the bed with you and is overall just a very loving dog. He will follow you everywhere around the house and just wants to be near you. I’m really hoping to find him a home that can meet his needs and be with him more. He loves going to the beach, playing in the sand and without you, he will not go in the water but will be involved if you go too.

PB is a 3 year old yellow lab mix. He's a little shy at first but then he's social. He's very even keel in that lab sort of way. And he loves a good back scratch! He likes other dogs and would prefer a home with another dog and a fenced yard. He does not like cats. He'd also like to have someone who's home a lot. If you are interested in PB, please call Sherry at (910) 523-1254 or come see him at Petco every Saturday from 11-3. January 2, 2026, 5:31 pm

Overall, he exhibits an outgoing personality, interacting positively with everyone he meets. He can be vocal when excited, particularly during meal times, and is currently learning to engage with dog toys.Adoption hours are Monday through Friday from 11:00-3:30 and Saturday from 8:00-11:30. If you have another dog or children at home, a meet and greet is required.
