My name is Monica and I weigh only 30 pounds and am just 4 years old. I am quiet. I never bark. I am laid back and easy going in the house. I walk well on a leash, sleep all night in bed with you, and choose to follow you around like I am your shadow. I am great with dogs, kids and am fascinated by cats. I love to watch them. I just do not know what to think of them, but I do give it up after a while and can live with them. Right now, I am living with 7 cats and 2 dogs and have adjusted remarkably and quickly to my new foster home. I am an EASY dog to fall in love with. I sat homeless for over 2 months in an overcrowded animal shelter overlooked because I had some ugly skin tags hanging off of me that probably turned people off. So, I recently underwent surgery to remove the skin tags on my face and 3 on my chest. Now, I am BEAUTIFUL! I would make an excellent companion and I am the perfect size. Did you see my crooked ears? Phoenix was rescued from a neighbor. She was a neglect case that needed immediate surgery when she came to us. She has since recovered and is an active, intelligent and loving dog that would her own home! She plays well with our other dogs, is crate trained and housebroken with a doggie door. She walks well on and off leash. Because she's a little older, she settles nicely when you just want her to chill! Email us for more information!

Riley is a long-haired black Lab rescue we originally fostered from the Wake County Animal Shelter and quickly fell in love with, ultimately adopting her into our family. She’s a smart, well-trained girl with a loyal, cuddly personality, and she loves nothing more than being close to her people without ever being overwhelming or clingy. Riley does have food aggression and some selective animal aggression, which means she needs to be the only pet in the home to feel safe and thrive. In the right environment, she is an affectionate companion, deeply devoted, and eager to be someone’s steady, loving shadow. She will come with a crate, bed, blankets, food, treats, collars, leashes, bowls, toys and simpirica.

Story
We got Zeus when he was 8 weeks old and he has been the sweetest thing ever. He is currently 5 years old, his birthday is in March (not sure what day). I want him to go to a good home where the owner can be home with him all the time. He does have separation anxiety and when put in the kennel it stresses him out and he will soil the kennel from the stress. He is good with cats but would do better in a home where there are none due to food aggression when they are around. He needs someone who has a backyard that he can run around in. Zeus is a happy go lucky dog. He just loves attention and cuddles. Zeus loves sleeping in the bed with you and is overall just a very loving dog. He will follow you everywhere around the house and just wants to be near you. I’m really hoping to find him a home that can meet his needs and be with him more. He loves going to the beach, playing in the sand and without you, he will not go in the water but will be involved if you go too.

Story
Gracie is a sweet girl. She loves to go for walks and loves to sleep in bed with you but she won't hog the whole bed. She's a good girl and when she sees kids she whines to go over to them so they can pet her. She doesn't chew things and she's mostly a quiet chill dog. She loves to play tug and she has learned how to sit and speak and she's got whisper almost perfect but we're still learning. We don't have any cats so I'm not sure if she would be good with them but she seems to be that kind of dog that would just hang out with a cat. Anywhere you go that has a drive-thru she will think she's getting a pop cup so just be aware that whoever is in that drive-thru window is going to have to hand her a treat or something.

Russel is a very sweet boy that needs a lot of love, patience, and understanding. Russel is high energy and thrives with lots of exercise. He definitely needs a secure area because he is fast as lightning. He is very anxious and cowers when you raise your voice or hand. He obviously was in a abusive home at one time. He is friendly to dogs and people. Russell is very loving and enjoys a belly rubs and long walks. He is crate trained but is still nervous when you leave him, therefore he will need some additional reinforcement to build his trust.
