Mishka deserves a beautiful life ahead of her. She is an elegant and kind Lab mix girl that gave birth to puppies sometime in early December and found herself in a barn trying to save her puppies from harm. Just after the ice age storm in Nashville, TN she was discovered in the barn with no food and no water. The puppies and Momma Mishka were in rough shape. Soon the tables turned and Mishka and all 4 puppies were taken in by Critter Cavalry and given the necessary food, vaccines, medical care and Momma is getting spay on 2/20. What we have found in Mishka is a gentle sweetness that makes you want to protect her and promise her a steady love for all the years ahead. She has been a dog that at 80 pounds, is just fluid in her movements and her ability to flow in a living environment that her foster mom says is remarkable since her past is so sketchy. We think she has been the survivor dog that has not let life beat her down. Mishka is 18 months old and 80 pounds. She has lived inside at one time. We just don't know where and for how long. She has 4 gorgeous puppies that will be good canine citizens in the future as they grow to be like their special mom. Mishka is housebroken, good in a crate for a time and she is looking to be someone's bright star called Venus. The star of love and devotion. This pet was brought in as a stray and will NOT be available for adoption through our program. All stray animals brought in are posted on the gallery to hopefully be reunited with their families. Indy is a precious 5-month-old black Lab puppy with a heart as big as her happy wiggles! Known affectionately as “Miss Wiggle Butt,” Indy is almost always wagging, wiggling, and spreading joy wherever she goes. Currently fostered with two young children (ages 3 and 5) and a canine foster brother, Indy has proven herself to be an amazing little family dog. She is gentle, patient, and loving with kids and truly adores everyone she meets. She’s a fast learner who is eager to please and soaking up all her puppy lessons. Like any growing pup, Indy is still learning what is (and isn’t!) appropriate to chew, but she’s making great progress. She LOVES rope toys, playing fetch in the backyard, and spending time with her dog friends. Indy especially enjoys having another canine companion—her confidence has really blossomed with the help of her foster brother—so while not required, she would love a furry sibling in her forever home. Leash walking is still new for Indy, but she’s improving every day—and she already knows that a leash means an adventure is coming! She gets adorably excited when it’s time to go for a walk or ride. Indy is crate-trained, house-trained (with just a few puppy accidents when she first arrived), up to date on all her vaccines, and already microchipped. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Online Adoption Application › Hi, I’m Oreo and some really nice people found me in their shed and got me some help! I was scanned for a microchip but i did not have one. Pawfect Match rescue took me in and got me taken care of! I absolutely love kids as you can see in my pictures, i do well in my kennel, and I’m basically fully potty trained! I walk great on leash, and one of my favorite things ever is playing with the other pups in my foster home! I also like to play fetch, although i haven’t quite grasped why my foster always wants me to bring them back MY ball, silly!
