Meet Rainie!! This gorgeous girl is about a year and a half old. We believe she is a Black Lab/ Pit mix. She currently weighs about 55 pounds and is done growing. Rainie is a fun, loving, active girl!! She enjoys going on walks with our volunteers and playing in our play yards! Rainie is the type of pup that does enjoy her playtime and exercise, but she is also more than happy to cuddle up on the couch and relax with her person! Our shelter is a bit busy and overstimulating for her. She would thrive best in a home that only had maybe 1-2 other dogs. We aren’t sure what she thinks about cats. Rainie is really such a smart girl, we know she is going to make someone very happy!! Rainie is spayed, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccines and on heartworm/flea/tick prevention. Her adoption fee is $85.

Tikki was surrendered due to her owner not being able to care for her any longer. She is only about 1 year old, now spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated. She is heartworm positive and 42 pounds. Tikki is calm, quiet, walks great on the leash, an all around good dog. She is just unlucky, wasn’t kept on heartworm prevention, and now has to receive treatment. We are looking for an adopter or rescue that can take Tikki and get her the treatment she needs and a quiet place to heal. Tikki is $60 to adopt. We are open Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. 1710 S Main St, Stillwater OK. Go to the glass door that says Animal Welfare!

Ripley's foster family says that he is very friendly, likes children, and likes other dogs. He knows basic commands such sit, stay, down. He is also good on leash if you tell him to “heel”. Ripley has never had an accident in the house or torn things up. He has not been crate trained yet, but stays in the utility room in his foster home when they are gone and he does great. They say he would be a great family pet! Rip will come neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.
