My father in-law has given my wife (his daughter), his blessing to find Teal a good and loving home as he's not in good health and no longer able to look after her properly. Teal comes with; dog crate, new Kong bed, dog food/treats, harness/leash, a couple retrieving dummies (she loves to retrieve it's what she was bread and trained to do as my father in-law was a duck hunter for many years). Teal is an 11 yr old pure bred (with registration papers), yellow lab. We're looking for a good/loving home where Teal will be kept in doors (not kennelled). We would describe Teal as a very friendly, loving and loyal dog with no health issues and on no medication. She'll bark once to announce a stranger at the door but not a continual barker. Teal doesn't jump on people or climbs on furniture. Teal would definitely make someone a great pet/companion.

Hiya, I'm Elwood! Before I came to PDA I never saw much of the outside world. Most of my time was spent in my crate.  I'm still getting used to all of the new things I'm trying. My favourite part was meeting other dogs. I was a little nervous at first but now I love to play - especially with the ladies! I've made a few girlfurriends and am known for being a bit of a flirt. There are a few new things I don't like... I can be sensitive about being touched and I don't like being told what to do. I also don't like when people touch my stuff but hey, I've never had such nice stuff!! Handlers at PDA say i'm warming up quickly and with enough love and patience I'll make a great dog!. Breed: Lab mix, approx 45lbs DOB: August 2024
