Story
She was found in Central Point running around the streets without collar or chip. Shes a very loving and smart pup with lots of love to give! She's tall lanky and fast and would love a big yard or some other pups to have fun with! Enjoys long walks or just snuggling up in bed! Probably about a year to a year and a half old, and has major puppy energy still! She's a wonderful dog and her foster would love to keep her but is restricted by his living situation.

Story
Jasper was adopted from a shelter in Grants Pass, Oregon about four years ago and has been an absolute joy to our family. Hes a happy-go-lucky dog who loves playtime, long walks, toys, and true to form enthusiastically participates in peanut butter like his owners! He also has a wonderfully laid-back side, enjoying quiet moments lounging in the sun and playing with his toys. Because of recent changes in our family and increasingly busy schedules, were no longer able to give Jasper the time and attention he truly deserves. For that reason, we are thoughtfully seeking a new home where he can continue to thrive, be loved, and receive the care he needs. If you or someone you know is looking for a joyful, affectionate, and easygoing companion, Jasper would make a wonderful addition to your home. Thank you so much for your interest we'd love to hear from you.

Story
I got gifted Capulina when she was a puppy and she was inside until she was big enough to be able to be outside. We live on almost 2 acres so she was always roaming and we made her an enclosed house for her as well! She is spoiled and we play with her as much as we can! I did move to eugene the summer i got her so my parents have been taking care of her. She is super sweet and playful with new and familiar faces she loves to play and stay active. She does amazing with our neighbors golden retriever. The reason we need to rehome her is because she has killed a good amount of our farm animals. Since we live on some land we do have sheep, goats, chickens, and turkeys. And she’s been able to get to our turkeys and a baby goat and sheep we had just gotten and are scared to leaver her roaming and don’t want to see her in her cage all day long, especially when we go out of town! She would do great in any new home just as long as there are no farm animals on the property.

Story
Meet RJ! RJ is a 9 month old Lab blend who has come such a long way since arriving at the shelter. When he first came to us, he was scared, skinny, and unsure about the people around him. Everything felt new and a little overwhelming. But with a little patience and kindness, RJ has started to discover that the world is not such a scary place after all. In no time, this sweet boy began to open up, showing us his gentle personality and affectionate side.RJ is a smart cookie, too. He is eager to learn and loves positive attention. While he still enjoys playful puppy moments, RJ has a slightly more mellow, thoughtful nature and often prefers to soak up affection and spend time close to his people. RJ is looking for a family who will continue helping him build confidence and keep showing him how kind people and the world can be. He still has plenty to learn, but he’s already showing just how much potential he has to grow into an incredible companion. If you are looking for a sweet, smart pup with a gentle heart and a bright future, RJ might just be your perfect match. 💛All our adoptable pets are spayed/neutered, heartworm or felv/fiv tested, vaccinated for core vaccinations, treated for internal/external parasites. Story
Meet Shea – A Smart, Curious Boy with a Heart Full of Love (and a Serious Treat Addiction!) Shea is an energetic, playful pup with a big personality and an even bigger heart. Coming from a challenging start in a hoarding situation, Shea has already come a long way and continues to shine as he learns to trust and explore the world around him. During his time in a foster home, Shea proved just how fast he can learn—especially when treats are involved! He’s already mastered sleeping peacefully in his crate, walks nicely on a leash, and loves playing and learning from his doggy pals. He thrives with at least one canine companion who can keep up with his boisterous, playful energy and help guide him as he navigates new experiences. Though curious and full of life, Shea is still building confidence in new environments and around new people. He’s looking for a patient, loving family who will give him the time, guidance, and reassurance he needs to continue blossoming into the amazing dog he’s becoming. Why Shea Could Be Perfect for You: Smart, quick learner, and treat-motivated Loves and learns from other dogs; thrives with a furry companion Playful, energetic, and full of curiosity Ready for a patient, loving home to help him grow confident and happy Shea has already made incredible progress and is ready for the next chapter of his life—with a family who will celebrate every step of his journey. Could your home be the safe, loving place Shea has been waiting for? Call the Ranch today to meet him! Read Shea's Dog of the Week post here: https://rrdog.org/dw/meet-shea/ This puppy, as well as several other dogs and puppies, are currently in our program through a special collaboration with Siskiyou County Animal Control.  Due to severe overcrowding and limited resources in the region, many shelters are faced with incredibly difficult decisions. Together, we’re working to give these dogs a better chance by finding them loving homes or transferring them to partner rescues. They’re available for adoption just like our Rescue Ranch pups — but because of the urgency of the situation, they may be transferred quickly. If you're interested, we highly encourage you to act fast — they deserve a loving home, and it could be yours!  Thank you for considering adopting a Rescue Ranch dog. While they are with us, each and every rescue dog receives the best of care in a loving and nurturing environment. Their routines include daily playgroups or partnering with dog buddies, quality time walking or being groomed, and two meals a day with dog biscuits for dessert.    All of our dogs receive the best in veterinary care and are spay/neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative, and fully vaccinated.  The standard adoption donation fee for all dogs and puppies is $300 (unless a reduced fee applies )  APPLY NOW       March 7, 2026, 12:07 pm

Story
Meet Krash! Krash is a gentle soul with a heart full of love. He came to the Ranch alongside a momma dog and her litter of puppies after being found at a local towing company — his past may be a mystery, but his future is full of hope! When Krash first arrived, he was shy and kept to himself, often retreating to his dog house. But with time and patience, he’s blossomed into a sweet, affectionate boy who absolutely loves soaking up belly rubs and giving gentle kisses. His favorite move? Rolling over to invite all the cuddles he can get! Krash might be a quiet guy, but he’s got good manners! While he’s still learning his commands, he walks beautifully on leash and always knows to be gentle with his people. His calm and mellow personality makes him the perfect match for someone seeking a relaxed, loving companion. Plus, he’s great with both male and female dogs, making him an easy-going addition to a multi-dog home! If you’re looking for a sweet, low-key best friend who will shower you with love, Krash might just be your guy. Give the Ranch a call today to meet him! &#226&#156&#168 Thank you for considering adopting a Rescue Ranch dog.
