Name: Aria Age: 12 weeks Breed: Labrador/Great Pyrenees Mix Gender: female Weight: 20 lbs Altered: no Crate Trained: working on it Housebroke: working on it, doing well on a schedule Good with kids: yes Good with dogs: yes Good with cats: yes Foster location: Wisconsin Rapids Fee: $150 (with a separate $100 deposit check that is shredded with proof of completion of spay/neuter) that includes age appropriate vaccinations at the time of adoption, microchip and health certificate. Please apply for me https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/HFAH/Dog (403644-DS) **Meet and greets for approved applicants must happen within 3 days or the closest weekend (for long travelers). It’s in the dogs/puppies best interest to be placed into their furever homes in a timely manner. All household members must attend the meet and greet. Aria is a big little girl who loves to play and relax with her foster family. Aria is working on crate training and is beginning to go in the crate with a treat for incentive. She barks for a few minutes and then settles down. She is just a puppy so she has occasional accidents in her crate. She is beginning to follow the potty routine at her foster home and will follow her foster siblings out to go potty. Aria enjoys playing with both big dogs and little dogs and loves them both. She has met dog savvy cats. She is interested in them, but leaves them alone. Aria is still a puppy so she is working on manners and chewing on appropriate toys and bones. Aria is typically quiet when she is out and about within her foster home. When she is tired she will curl up on a pet bed or snuggle with her humans. Aria has discovered a love for treats and is working on coming when called and sitting. She is also learning to walk on a leash. Aria enjoys going for walks and has done great when passing other dogs or critters. Aria also loves her 8 year old human foster sister. Aria would do great in a home that has plenty of space for her to run and play as she will be a big girl when she is older. She would love the company of another dog, however she would do fine in a single dog home. Aria will need her humans to continue to work with her on basic training and to make her part of the family.

Name: Beso (name means "kiss" in Spanish) Age: 6 months Breed: lab, pittie x? Gender: Male Weight: 48 lbs Altered: No Crate trained: Yes House broken: Yes Good with kids: Due to large size and energy maybe older kids. Good with dogs: Yes Good with cats: Unknown Foster location: Lake Wisconsin Fee: $150 (with a separate $100 deposit check that is shredded with proof of completion of spay/neuter) that includes age appropriate vaccinations at the time of adoption, microchip and health certificate. Bio: Beso is a sweet beautiful large puppy. He is a loving puppy. He lives up to his name, giving lots of kisses. He is six months old, and large for his age. He is very athletic. He's able to run circles around the other adult dogs at the foster home. He loves toys and sticks and anything he can chew as he is teething. He plays well with the five other dogs at the foster home, but doesn't always know boundaries. He enjoys going for walks. He recently walked down to the lake with his foster mom, and he walked into the shallow water without hesitation, like a true lab. Because he has that wonderful lab in him, he will probably be a good swimmer. Beso has webbed feet which are good for swimming. He was not off-leash at the lake so we don't know for sure. Beso is 99% potty trained. The only time he had an accident was when he couldn't get out in time. Beso is also crate trained, and goes in easily with a treat. He does not cry to get out, and sleeps well. During the day, he naps on the sofa or on a dog bed on the floor. Beso has no food aggression, and is social with both men and women. Beso thinks everyone who visits is his friend. Beso would do best with an active family or young couple. He would also do well with people who enjoy the outdoors. Foster mom thinks he would be great at hunting, camping, and going on trails.

Story
Molly is a sweet girl who loves affection and belly rubs. She is timid at first, but once she knows your are trustworth Molly will provide you with unconditional love. She has lived with dogs and cats in the past, and did well with both. However, feeding time must be supervised because Molly has shown aggression when another dog comes up to the bowl she is eating from. Molly came to us in February as an owner surrender after being adopted from ACHS in August. She was brought back due to growling and nipping at a small child who stepped on her. Molly also got in trouble for biting the mailman because she got out when her owner opened the door.We believe Molly deserves a chance. She needs supervision when new people come around. Molly will not be adopted into a home with children under the age of 12. Anyone interested in adopting Molly must be willing and able to supervise feeding time. Our goal for Molly is to find a loving and caring home where her people will be patient and offer her the security and time she needs. We want her next adoption to be her last. This girl is so sweet and friendly. If you believe you can offer Molly what she needs and deserves, please complet an adoption application on our website. Once approved, our Adoption Team will contact you to schedyle an appointment to meet this beautiful soul. If you own a dog, we require another appointment for Molly to meet them. This second appointment will be scheduled after your initital one.Thank you!

Story
Meet Gigi, the irresistible Lab Pit mix who defines the term "gentle giant." This affectionate sweetheart has a heart of gold and a penchant for snuggles that could rival the coziest of blankets. Gigi is not just a dog; she's a cuddle bug extraordinaire, ready to melt into your arms and fill your days with endless love and warmth. Gigi has lived with dogs in the past and enjoyed their company, she can be unsure about visiting dogs in the past and be a bit picky about her canine companions, therefore we require a dog to dog meet at the shelter before adoption. She hasn't lived with cats in the past so we are unsure how she would do. Gigi lived with children of all ages in the past and enjoyed their company and having people to play with, she should have no issues living with children again. All Gigi dreams of is a cozy couch to curl up on with her favorite person, sharing moments of comfort and companionship. So, if you're ready to open your heart to a loyal and affectionate companion, Gigi is eagerly waiting to become your forever cuddle buddy. Gigi is a 5-year-old female Lab pit mix, weighing 55 pounds. ***If you are interested in adopting please start by filling out an application available on our website and email it to us. https://www.couleehumane.com/adopt-an-animal
