Story
Hi everyone! My name is Odin, and I'm a 10-month-old puppy looking for my forever home! I'm a typical young pup - I'm playful, curious, and love exploring the world around me. I have lots of puppy energy and would love a family who is ready to keep my busy with playtime, adventure and plenty of learning. I already know some basic training, and I'm potty trained and comfortable in the my kennel. I do have a little separation anxiety when I'm kenneled and can't see my people, so I'm still working on learning that being alone is okay. I'm also working on my basic obedience and leash manners and would love a family who will continue helping me become the best dog I can be. I previously lived in a home with kids and a cat and did well with both. I also really like other dogs and try my very best to make friends! Unfortunately, my current foster siblings aren't quite as enthusiastic about my friendship attempts, so I'm learning to respect their boundaries. I'm still just a puppy, which means I'm full of fun, personality, and potential! If you're looking for a playful, sweet young dog who is ready to learn and grow alongside you, I might just be your guy! Please visit our website https://labadoption.org/ to learn more about this amazing pet and to see other available dogs and fill out an application.

Transportation is still being finalized, but we expect them to make their way to Wisconsin before the end of August. A committed home is needed for these puppies to make the trip north, and were hopeful the right families are out there.Meet the Mississippi PuppiesAbout a month ago, the rescue received a call about a litter of 10 puppies needing to be surrendered. Unfortunately, they were later found dumped on the side of a rural road in Mississippi, left to fend for themselves. We believe these may be the same puppies.Thankfully, they were rescued and now have a chance at a fresh start. These puppies are approximately 2-3 months old, weigh around 10 pounds each, and are Lab mixes. There are 4 females and 6 males. They are typical happy, playful puppies who are friendly, curious, and love being around people. They are at the perfect age to start learning and experiencing all the good things life has to offer.Like any young puppies, they will need families prepared for puppyhood, including continued house training, crate training, leash work, socialization, and plenty of patience. They are sweet babies who just need someone willing to give them the time and guidance they deserve.Age: Approximately 2-3 monthsGender: 4 females, 6 malesWeight: Approximately 10 lbsBreed: Lab mixSpayed/Neutered: Scheduled before transportPotty Trained: Not yetCrate Trained: Still learningLeash Manners: Still learningGood with Dogs: YesGood with Cats: YesGood with Kids: YesThese puppies are ready for their next chapter, but they need committed foster or adoptive homes in Wisconsin to make it here.If you can open your home to one of these puppies, please apply today.www.muttlife.org__________Adoption fees include the cost of spay/neuter procedure, up to date dewormer, vaccinations, and heart worm prevention (age appropriate).
