UPDDATE:  SARGE found his forever home!!!  Yeah!! So happy for you sweet boy.  He's been waiting awhile for this :) This is a courtesy posting.  Dear SARGE is in a foster home thru the Kern County Shelter (Bakersfield, CA).  He's been waiting SO long for his forever home, so we are posting him up here in the S.F. Bay Area (transport up here is possible).  SARGE is a young senior (about 7 yrs) and weighs about 80lbs.  Here's his foster mom's bio for him: Sarge is a mature, calm and easy going boy. He gets along with other dogs that don't play too hard. He's also good with kids. He mostly wants to chill with you. He's crated trained and doesn't soil his crate. He likes to play with toys and chew on bones, but he's not destructive. He's not a big barker. He's been overlooked because of his age. However, dont let that deter you from considering Sarge. He still has lots of love to give!
