DOB: 12/11/25                           Current Weight(as of 04/22/26) 40.2 lbs. Adoption Fee: $275 includes 1 week trial to ensure everyone's happiness. Gidget has weighed in at over 40 lbs. at 4 months old! She is going to be a extra large girl when fully grown. She is beautiful in person and get fur is so soft.  Gidget has a bit more confidence then her other siblings when meeting new people. She will come up to you, sit, and extends her paw like she either wants to shake or high five. With more practice she will master both of them. Gidget loves the kiddies pool. Sitting in the middle of it is her favorite thing to do. She loves all toys especially the rope type and soft squeaky ones. It's so cute to watch her try to steal toys from her siblings. Gidget is just like her sisters when it comes to meeting dogs her size or bigger. She is very submissive until she knows they are friendly. Then the chasing begins.  We have started taking her on walks wearing a harness and so far, so good. We will send her home with a harness, collar and leash. You will also have a one week trial period to be sure she is a good fit for your family. Great Pyrenees have a gentle, playful temperament and she seems to be following those traits. Get your application in soon to take home this beautiful pup!  The “G” puppies are a litter of seven sweet sisters, born on December 11, 2025. These girls are Great Pyrenees / Anatolian Shepherd mixes, which means they’re expected to grow into very large dogs with gentle hearts and loyal personalities. All of the puppies are inside dogs and have been raised with love and care. They are sweet-natured, playful, and affectionate, enjoying both puppy playtime and human attention. True to their guardian-breed roots, they are curious and confident, with a natural tendency to explore. Because Great Pyrenees and Anatolian Shepherds are known for roaming, we are looking for homes with a secure, fenced yard to keep these sweet girls safe and happy. They will thrive with families who understand large breeds and are committed to providing structure, training, and plenty of love as they grow. If you’re ready to welcome a loyal, loving companion who will grow into a magnificent dog, one of the “G” puppies may be the perfect fit for your family. Puppies are NOT housebroken and should not be expected to wait more than 1 hour for each month of age to go out to potty. Please make sure that you have a “potty plan” in place if considering adoption. All of our puppies have been spay/neuter, wormed, microchipped, and given age appropriate vaccinations. If you are interested in meeting/adopting one of them just fill out a application at www.furrykidsrefuge.org, click on the 'Adopt A Dog' icon and a dedicated volunteer will be in touch.  Furry Kids' Refuge is in need of good quality dog and puppy food with meat as the first ingredient.  You can drop off donations at our weekly adoption events at the Lee's Summit Petco (1860 NW Chipman Road, Lee's Summit, MO), Saturdays only from 11am to 2:00 p.m.  Donations are tax deductible as allowed by law.  Would you like to foster a Furry Kid? Furry Kids' Refuge will supply the food & vet care while you supply the basic house rules & love.......win-win for all!!  Just visit our website http://www.furrykidsrefuge.org/category/fostering/  for more information. Thanks for your support! Story
DOB: 12/11/25                           Current Weight(as of 04/22/26) 41.6 lbs. Adoption Fee: $275 includes 1 week trial to ensure everyone's happiness. Gemma is weighing in at 40pds at 4 months old! She is going to grow for another year so we are expecting/ guessing that she will be over 75 lbs. when fully grown! Look at her beautiful face with her eyes/ eyebrows that look like they have make up on them.  Gemma is usually the more confident one of her siblings. We have 3 other sisters still available. Gemma just loves people and all the lovins they give her. She has been gentle when meeting children at our adoption events. If they sit down to pet her she wants to crawl up in their lap. All the girls crave human attention. She is definitely taking after the Great Pyrenees breed with their gentle traits. Like her sisters we have found out she loves getting in the kiddie pool. We haven't tried her in anything bigger like a lake or swimming pool. And like her sisters she loves her squeaky toys. She will play tug with the others when they get the longer rope toys out. Sometimes they try it with the smaller toys which is Sweet to watch. Every new dog she has met that is her size or larger she is submissive with until she knows they are friendly. She then wants to run and be playful with. She has so many gentle and calming traits like he Great Pyrenees mom. Fill out the application for her so you can see for yourself. Her foster had a Great Pyrenees and she says he loving,  gentle and protective of his family with new people until introduced. That is one of their traits also.    The “G” puppies are a litter of seven sweet sisters, born on December 11, 2025.
