He was removed from his previous owner by law enforcement due to neglect, but despite everything he has experienced, Rocky continues to be a happy, affectionate little guy. And Rocky is **READY FOR ADVENTURE!** 🚗 Whether it’s a car ride, a trip for a pup cup, or exploring somewhere new, Rocky is happy to tag along. If you're going somewhere, he wants to know one thing: **Can I come?** He walks well on a leash and would love a person who enjoys having a four-legged sidekick for life's adventures. **Meet Bullwinkle, aka Bo Bo! ❤️** Sometimes the dogs who have been through the most are the ones who have the most love to give. **Bullwinkle—affectionately known as Bo Bo—is one of those special dogs.** Bo Bo is a 3-year-old, 15-pound Yorkie mix with a quiet, gentle personality and a **big, forgiving heart**. He was removed from his previous owner by law enforcement due to neglect, but somehow, through it all, Bo Bo has continued to trust and love people. He isn’t holding onto his past—he just wants a safe place to call home and someone to cuddle with. Bo Bo is a quiet boy who would much rather snuggle up beside his person than be the center of attention. He walks well on a leash and would make a wonderful little companion for someone looking for a sweet, devoted dog. When Bo Bo arrived, he was severely matted and had an injury on his neck from an electronic collar. He is currently shaved so his skin can heal and he can be comfortable. **Don’t worry—those adorable Yorkie locks will grow back, and just in time for the cold winter months!** Bo Bo is also currently being treated for **heartworms**. He will need to continue his daily medication through **October 16, 2026**, along with his monthly heartworm preventative. His ongoing care will be an important part of helping him get completely healthy and ready to enjoy the happy life he deserves. Meet Hope Hope is an 11-year-old Lhasa Apso with a gentle spirit and a heart that's quietly waiting to learn how to trust again. Originally adopted after spending her early life as a breeding dog, Hope was dearly loved by her owner until they sadly passed away. Now, through no fault of her own, she's looking for another special person willing to give her the time and patience she deserves. Hope isn't the type of dog who will jump into your lap or immediately ask for affection. In fact, she's quite shy with people and needs someone willing to play the long game. Earning her trust takes time, consistency, and understanding—but watching her slowly gain confidence is incredibly rewarding. One thing that does make Hope feel secure? Other dogs. She absolutely thrives around canine companions and would do best in a home with another friendly, confident dog to help show her the ropes. She's also friendly with cats, making her a wonderful addition to the right multi-pet household. Hope is still working on house training. She uses potty pads some of the time but is only partially reliable and continues to have accidents. Going outside can feel overwhelming for her, and she currently shows little interest in pottying outdoors, so her future family should be prepared to continue patiently working with her without expecting overnight success. Despite her timid nature, Hope has a few things she thoroughly enjoys. Mealtime is always a highlight of her day—she has a wonderful appetite—and she even surprised everyone by happily soaking up all the attention during bath time! Hope isn't looking for perfection. She's looking for patience, kindness, and a home where she can move at her own pace with a dog friend by her side.
