Pebbles is an 8 year old spayed female lhasa apso who weighs 15 pounds. She was rescued from living in a small pen outside where she spent her entire life and came to us very matted. Since being shaved, she is so cute and happy! Pebbles is a very easy going girl who gets along with everyone that she meets and loves to cuddle up with other dogs to take puppy naps. She would be a wonderful lap dog because she loves to cuddle. Howdy, I'm Charlie! I am a certified chiller who belongs snuggled up next to you on the couch. When offered the opportunity to play fetch recently, I preferred to cuddle instead. My low-key attitude would make me a perfect fit for someone with a sedentary lifestyle. Being your one n' only sounds nice, but I'm sweet as can be and have lived with dogs and cats before, so I could just as easily join a pre-existing pack! Toby was a local surrender from a family who was moving into an apartment and could not bring Toby with. He is a super sweet boy who loves treats and rough playing with his toys! He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped and ready for his forever home! He did grow up in a home with a three year old and a five year old so he is used to being around kids. We have not cat tested him and he seems to be okay around other dogs. Story
Luna is almost 7. We adopted her ~3 years ago. She jumped right into our laps. Since then, we've enjoyed countless hours of love and cuddles with her. The hard part: Luna has *severe* separation anxiety (barking). Over the past 3 years, we've tried behavioral intervention programs & medications. She's always had a village around to care for her. We love this little dog with all our hearts but we've run out of options for constant pet care, strategies for addressing her anxieties, and financial flexibility. Luna needs people with some or all of the following: 24/7 access to dogsitters and/or WFH, family/community that can pitch in, and a deep well of patience. Something that's vital is that she does not do well in a city environment - too much stimulus. She requires a rural or quiet suburban home to have peace of mind. Although she has no shortage of anxieties, Luna is overflowing with love and affection for people. We hope you'll consider being her new family.
