Meet Ellie Ellie is a sweet, quiet, and gentle female Maine Coon mix with a soft soul and a heart full of love. She came to us as an owner surrender through the county shelter, arriving with a feline friend. Unfortunately, the busy café environment was too stressful for her companion, who has since moved to another location better suited to his needs. When Ellie first arrived, it was clear that life hadn’t always been kind to her. She appeared unsure around people and didn’t initially seek out human interaction, leading us to believe she may not have received much hands-on affection in the past. With time, patience, and consistency, Ellie has truly blossomed. Now, Ellie is often found out and about, quietly observing her surroundings. And when she spots a kind person with an available lap, she doesn’t hesitate — she gently takes it upon herself to curl up, snuggle in, and purr contentedly. Once she settles in, her happiness is unmistakable. Her purrs are steady, soothing, and full of gratitude. Ellie did come to us with a stress-related condition and will occasionally barber the fur at the base of her tail. Since being in our care, this behavior has noticeably lessened, though it may continue to some degree. With a calm, loving home and a predictable routine, she is likely to continue improving. Ellie would do best in a quiet, patient home with people who appreciate a gentle companion and understand that love sometimes takes time to fully unfold. In return, she offers deep affection, peaceful companionship, and the sweetest lap snuggles you could imagine. Arabelle is a breathtaking Maine Coon who has shown incredible strength and grace. She was found pregnant and very malnourished, but thanks to the kindness of a rescue friend who opened their home to foster her, Arabelle was able to safely welcome her kittens on May 30, 2025. With the support of Small Lives Matter Kitten Rescue, both mom and babies have received full veterinary care, including vaccines and spay/neuter surgeries, and are now ready for adoption at the cat café. Arabelle is truly as sweet as she is beautiful. She has a quiet, calm, and affectionate personality and has passed down her gentle nature to all of her kittens. Now that they’re grown, this calm and affectionate beauty is ready for a forever home of her own. Arabelle is quiet, loves soft pets and chin scratches, and enjoys simply being close to her people. She will make a loyal, loving companion for anyone who wants a gentle and steady presence in their home. Arabelle prefers a quiet home and may not be a good fit with yound children.
