Story
Meet Artemisa and Valora Artemisa, a breathtaking long-haired tortoiseshell beauty born on January 1, 2021. This rare Maine Coon stunner is the total package — elegance, fluff, and the sweetest heart you could ever hope to find. The two cats were surrendered together. Artemisa was surrendered by her owner along with her housemate, Valora, due to a move where cats were no longer welcome. While it’s not the ending we would have chosen for such a highly adoptable and devoted girl, we’re grateful she is now with us and headed toward a home where she will truly be cherished. Artemisa is quite simply a love bug. She adores being held and melts right into your arms. She begins purring almost instantly — even when meeting someone for the very first time. Extremely social and confident, she thrives on companionship and would make a perfect, affectionate partner for anyone looking for a constant, loving presence. She has that signature Maine Coon charm: gentle, engaging, and wonderfully people-oriented. Her companion, Valora, is a beautiful Maine Coon mix tabby who was adopted as a kitten just a few months after Artemisa — and the two have formed a bond like sisters ever since. Valora has been very sweet since arriving at the café, but she’s understandably a bit frightened by all the new activity and stimulation. We are hopeful that as she settles in, her true personality — the lovely, devoted companion we’ve been told she is — will fully shine again. Though their journey has taken an unexpected turn, Artemisa and Valora deserve a future filled with stability, appreciation, and love. Artemisa is ready to shower her forever family with purrs and affection, and with patience and reassurance, Valora will surely blossom right alongside her. We have dozens of cats and kittens available! All our adoptable cats are located at the Frisky Cat Cafe in St Augustine. 1092 Ponce De Leon Blvd (US 1). Visiting the cafe is a great way to find your perfect kitty. All of our cats and kittens are socialized and happy to interact with visitors, so you will meet them with their true personalities.

Story
Meet Momo, my sweet 3-year-old orange purebred Maine Coon. 🧡 He’s a very loving boy who can be a little shy at first, but once he senses positive energy and kindness, he warms up quickly and becomes the sweetest companion. Momo was a special gift to me from a friend, and he truly has a gentle and affectionate personality. He loves playing with running water and yarn balls, and his favorite treats are Chicken Temptations. He prefers his meals with wet food mixed into his dry food. I’m currently looking for someone trustworthy and caring to temporarily rehome/sit Momo from March 16 – April 1. Compensation will be provided for caring for him during those two weeks. If you’re interested in helping take care of Momo and giving him a safe, loving space during that time, please feel free to reach out. Thank you in advance to Momo’s future sitter! 🐾
