Meet Gargamel—our big, black-and-white floof with markings as unique as his name. Yes, he shares a name with the cartoon villain… but unless you’re three apples tall and blue, you have nothing to worry about. Gargamel’s only weapon is a massive purr. This senior gentleman (8–9 years old) was found outside, dodging raindrops and dashing out for love whenever he spotted a friendly human. He’d lean against people’s legs, gaze up with those big eyes, and basically scream: “I do not belong out here in a feral colony!” And he didn’t. Where did he come from? That’s the mystery. He was already neutered, but had no microchip and nobody claimed him. What we do know: the colony cats weren’t kind to him, and now he’ll need a slow introduction with other cats. He’s also FIV positive—likely the result of being attacked by an unfixed tom after being abandoned. If you’ve followed us for a while, you know FIV isn’t a big deal. With proper care, FIV+ kitties live long, healthy, love-soaked lives. His story is a reminder of why spaying, neutering, and vaccinating matter so much. January of 2025 I saw and orange buff kitty in my neighborhood. He very underweight, and very dirty. It was zero degrees. It broke my heart. I ordered a heated shelter and started leaving wet food out. He eventually started using the shelter and was in my yard every day. Within a few months I trapped him and had him neutered. At that time he was diagnosed with FIV. Over the past year I tamed him for the most part. He can be very loving and has allowed me to hold him. I brush him and put flea meds on him every month with no problems.He is a sweet boy. He is bonded with Ms. Kitty. She is the other cat in the pic. She is healthy. She has also been spayed, stays with Tom but gets spooked easily. She allows me to pet her when she is eating and has never tried to scratch or bite. They are a lovely couple. Tom is approximately 7 years old and Ms. Kitty is 3. They share their cozy home together every night. They deserve to live the rest of their lives in peace in a loving home.

Meet Mr. Flynn, the lighter grey kitty, he’s 8 and Monkey, the darker one, he’s 7. These boys are strictly indoor cats! They are a bonded pair and will not be separated!! They've already lost their human mom; they can't lose each other! Their human mom, my friend of many years, passed way. I've been fostering them, but they are missing a lot of human interaction!! She was never married and had no children. These boys were her babies! They meant everything to her! They are very sweet, very social, love to have human interactions! I would keep them, but I have a dog & 2 other cats that are indoor/outdoor cats. At this point, my house is split in 2...Monkey and Mr. Flynn get the 2 bedrooms and hallway. They are not getting the social attention they crave! Monkey rolls for you to rub his belly, while Mr. Flynn is good with you scratching his head! :) Please love them and make your home their furever home!! :)

Ms. Kitty is a sweet shy girl. She is a bonded pair with Tom, who is in the 2nd photo with her. She lives in her heated outdoor home with her life partner Tom. I first saw Ms Kitty in Jan of 2025, thin cold and hungry. I gained her trust enough to catch her and get her spayed. Ms Kitty lets me pet her when she is eating and has never tried to bite or scratch me. Ms kitty needs a loving home with best friend Tom to live out their lives together.
