Meet Gargamel—our big, black-and-white floof with markings as unique as his name. Yes, he shares a name with the cartoon villain… but unless you’re three apples tall and blue, you have nothing to worry about. Gargamel’s only weapon is a massive purr. This senior gentleman (8–9 years old) was found outside, dodging raindrops and dashing out for love whenever he spotted a friendly human. He’d lean against people’s legs, gaze up with those big eyes, and basically scream: “I do not belong out here in a feral colony!” And he didn’t. Where did he come from? That’s the mystery. He was already neutered, but had no microchip and nobody claimed him. What we do know: the colony cats weren’t kind to him, and now he’ll need a slow introduction with other cats. He’s also FIV positive—likely the result of being attacked by an unfixed tom after being abandoned. If you’ve followed us for a while, you know FIV isn’t a big deal. With proper care, FIV+ kitties live long, healthy, love-soaked lives. His story is a reminder of why spaying, neutering, and vaccinating matter so much. So now, Gargamel waits—mysterious, charming, and more sweet than sinister. He’s ready to trade rainy nights and street fights for a soft blanket, a sunny window, and a human who sees his worth. Bug is a female about 4 month old kitten. She Is a calico and mainecoon mix. (Her dad was a mainecoon.) She is cuddly, calm, social/friendly, and well behaved. She is also litter boxed trained, eats solid food, and is an indoor kitty. She has been around teens, children, adults, and other cats in the past and has done well. She is in need of a rehoming because of income cut and housing changes. She is a lovely kitten and the biggest concern is fixable. She does need dewormer and flea treatment and we cannot afford to safely treat and continue fostering her and feel it is best to find her a new forever home. We are unable to find a friend, family member, or trusting person on Facebook or social media to rehome her too. Rikki was dumped recently and obviously NOT a outdoor kitty. We are finding this is becoming a epidemic. He is shy but friendly. He needs a home where it's indoor only and has a peaceful surrounding. He's definitely not a city cat. He would do best in a quiet home. Kids that are older, like teens would probably be fine. No little kids. He's quiet and doesn't like dogs. This poor boy came to us all skin and bones. A Maine Coon mix who was in poor shape when we got him. He was in a colony, the rest of his litter must have gotten eaten because he was on the verge of not making it himself. Poor little guy, he's still only three pounds. We were not sure if he could go back to his colony but he was reaching out to us for help obviously. We couldn't put him back outside. He's finally doing well, but he needs a buddy kitty to play with. He's desperate for a pal and getting some loving. We have him alone because we didn't have another kitten to put him with, but we are getting him a pal his size in a few days. We are looking for a home inside only for him, and a non smoking home. His digestive tract is finally doing well and he's ready for a home where he is a valued member of the family. Ghes Sho came to us in bad shape. He was dumped in a field and as soon as the trapper who feeds the ferals there came out to feed, Ghes Sho followerd her to the car crying. He was friendly so she picked him up and brought him home. He had a few broken teeth and was matted badly. We got him shots, he had a manor surgery and a dental. He is a snuggle bug.
