Located in North Bethesda, Maryland. Meet Spock, a handsome Maine Coon mix who came to the rescue as an owner surrender. Spock is a friendly, outgoing cat who absolutely loves people and thrives on human companionship. Once he settles in, he’s incredibly affectionate, enjoys being close to his humans, and is even a bit of a lap cat! Spock is a social and vocal boy with a big personality — and one adorable quirk is that he wags his tail like a dog. He loves pets, attention, and simply being around his people. He may take a little time to warm up in a new environment, but once comfortable, he becomes very friendly and devoted. He enjoys sleeping in, getting brushed, and hanging out nearby soaking up affection. While he’s not a fan of being picked up or having his nails trimmed, he happily accepts love on his own terms. This playful boy does best with larger, confident male cats who can match his rough-and-tumble play style. He got along very well with an older male cat and also did great with dogs. However, he can be too intense for smaller or timid cats, especially female littermates, as he may chase, corner, or taunt them during play. Because of this, we recommend a home with either no other cats or only confident, assertive male cats who can handle his energetic personality. Spock can sometimes get overexcited during playtime and may accidentally scratch, so he would do best with adopters who understand cat behavior and can help redirect rough play appropriately. Pandora was born on 7/31/25.  She was surrendered by her owner due to financial reasons. Pandora is a very sweet girl and is adjusting to her new foster home.  She spent a lot of time watching from afar, but is coming out more and socializing, which means she is adjusting.  She is curious of her other fur friends in her foster room and likes to play with wand toys.  Pandora has polyps in both ears.  they are very deep in her ears.  She did have surgery in one ear a few months ago, but the polyps came back.  She will be going to see a specialist to determine the next steps for her.  Pandora will have surgery while in the care of OMC.  She will not be able to go home until cleared by the vet. We cannot put a time frame on her expected adoption day but would like to have someone lined up for her. Phoebe was trapped out side along with her sister Fiona.  She is a very pretty dark brown tabby with huge eyes.  Phoebe has been with OMC since she was 7 months old.  She does not like to be touched.  Phoebe is great in the house and likes the other cats and the dogs.  Phoebe will get close to the action and humans but if its too close she will just get up and jog away to a safer location.  She is curious and joins in on the activities.   Phoebe would do best in a home with an experienced person who understands her limits.  She would love to be adopted with her sister Fiona.  While they have been together their entire lives, they are not super bonded.  It would be nice to have them adopted together    Located in Blairstown, NJ  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 8, 2026, 6:07 pm

Clark is located in Blairstown, NJ    Clark and his 2 siblings were living in the streets when OMC stepped in and broug them into foster care.
