    Dexter is a loving guy however, he takes time to warm up to new people and it is on his time not yours. If he is just allowed to transition into his new home on his own, without a human trying to force it to quickly he will do fine. Does well with other dogs, no cats and no small children. We require   that you have a fenced in yard, not a "kennel" in the yard AND we do not approve underground fencing. Depending upon the dog some exceptions are made for those who live in apartments.   We also require that the adoptee will be a part of the family "living" within the home. Hi there! I’m Milo, a sweet little senior guy who’s ready to find a loving home to spend my golden years. I’ve got a gentle, affectionate personality and love nothing more than being close to my people and enjoying the simple things in life. I do have a few medical considerations, including limited vision in one eye, a history of IVDD, and some occasional nighttime accidents. There’s also a possibility of early kidney changes, so I’ll do best with a home that can keep fresh water and wet food available and help me stay on top of my health with a veterinarian. I may need a little extra care, but I have so much love to give in return. If you’re looking for a kind-hearted companion to share quiet moments and lots of cuddles, I might be the Milo for you!
