    Dexter is a loving guy however, he takes time to warm up to new people and it is on his time not yours. If he is just allowed to transition into his new home on his own, without a human trying to force it to quickly he will do fine. Does well with other dogs, no cats and no small children. We require   that you have a fenced in yard, not a "kennel" in the yard AND we do not approve underground fencing. Depending upon the dog some exceptions are made for those who live in apartments.   We also require that the adoptee will be a part of the family "living" within the home. Tater is more “teenage girl bestie” than “cute little old lady lap dog.”🔋 🚀This boy can jump on tables, clear gates, launch himself from your arms, and achieve actual liftoff. 💙Tater does have some separation anxiety (he loves his people HARD), but the good news? 🛋️He’s house trained, loves to snuggle, and prefers cozy spots like under his cot or tucked beneath the meet-and-greet couch like a tiny cave goblin.🙈 Seriously though—Tater will make someone an awesome little dog.
