Meet Kuma – your fluffy little shadow with a big heart 💙 Kuma is a 12-pound bundle of soft white fluff and sweetness wrapped into one very handsome Maltese/Poodle mix. This young guy still has that playful puppy energy, but he’s already learned some impressively polite house manners that make living with him easy and fun. He’s the kind of dog who wants to be where you are. Toss him a small bone, head outside to play, or invite him up for couch time, and he’s thrilled. In fact, if you simply say “couch,” he’ll happily trot over and settle in like it’s his job. Tell him “bedtime,” and he’ll calmly head to his kennel on his own — what a smart boy! Kuma loves: • Playing outside and soaking up fresh air • Carrying around his favorite little bones • Cozy couch naps and cuddles • Calm routines and bedtime treats • Dogs his own size and kitty friends He’s crate trained, sleeps indoors, and enjoys spending time outside during the day. He’s gentle, affectionate, and happiest when he knows his people are close by. Kuma can be a sensitive soul and gets nervous easily, so he’s looking for a home that’s a good match for his needs. Because he may bark when lonely and prefers a quieter environment, a house (rather than apartment life) would suit him best. He’ll also do best in an adult home or one without small children. Give him patience, reassurance, and lots of love, and you’ll see just how devoted and sweet he truly is. One more thing: skip the busy grooming shops — he prefers a calmer, low-stress pampering experience at home or with a gentle groomer. Lola is an 8-year-old Maltese and a retired breeder mama who is finally getting the chance to just be a dog. She is absolutely adorable and has the kind of gentle presence that quietly melts your heart. She has a very sweet personality and truly shines around other small dogs, whom she loves to play with. While she’s still shy with humans, she’s learning that people can be kind and safe, and she does best with patience, routine, and a calm environment. Lola is currently working on house training and making progress as she adjusts to life in a home. Like many dogs who haven’t had this experience before, she just needs consistency and understanding while she learns. One thing she’s already mastered? Dinner time. When Lola is hungry, she will confidently stomp right up to you and bark to make sure you didn’t forget—proof that there’s a little sass hiding under that shy exterior ‍&#226&#153&#128&#239&#184&#143 Her ideal home would be a quiet, loving household, with another small dog to help her feel confident, and humans who are willing to let her move at her own pace. In return, you’ll get a gentle soul who is learning how wonderful it is to be someone’s cherished companion. Lola is not a lap dog, she is held every day but at thisa time her foster Mom doesn't feel like she enjoys it. Lola did have a dental and lost all of her teeth except two. She currently eats canned food sp[rinkled with small dry kibble with a little warm water added. Lola does not walk on a leash so she will need a fenced yard to keep her safe when going outside.
