Applications for Cosmo must be sent to www.HavenAnimalRescueNebraska.org to be considered. Meet our adorable 11.8 pound Cosmo! This sweet boy is around 6 months old and is such a fun little guy! Whether you are looking for a happy playful pup or a lap snugglebug, Cosmo is meet all your expectations and then some! Cosmo has lots of puppy energy and loves to play, especially with his foster brother. He can be a little shy at first, but once he gets a quick minute to warm up, his goofy personality really comes out. One of his favorite things is immediately flopping over to show you his belly for belly rubs. This little nugget will definitely keep you laughing! Cosmo loves other dogs, playing with his stuffies and bones and all things people. He has not been cat or kid tested but with his zest for life we are sure he will fine. However, due to his small size he may be safer with a little older children. He’s currently learning all the puppy things, especially crate training, and he is picking things up quickly. He’s super treat and toy motivated, which makes him eager to learn and easy to keep entertained. Cosmo is ready for a loving forever home to start his life with!! All of our animals are in volunteer foster homes. Once an application is pre-approved (contingent upon a home check) we will contact applicants that are a good match and set up a time for a meet. At that time we are happy to answer all of your questions. No inquiries prior to that please. All of our animals are spayed/neutered, examined by a vet, up-to-date on vaccinations, on heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, and microchipped. We adopt our animals as strictly inside companion pets. We will do a veterinarian reference check and a home safety check. We are located in Omaha, NE and we do not ship our animals. We are all volunteers so please be patient with us. Our requested adoption fees help go towards medical expenses, food, transportation, toys, and other supplies for our animals.
