Female, Young
Greensboro, NC
(when grown) Small 25 lbs (11 kg) or less
Not good with kids, Good with dogs, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered,
Maya is a 1-year-old Maltipoo who weighs 7 lb. Maya is a happy and active little girl. She could be an only dog or have another dog in the home who is under 15 lbs. Maya would do best with someone who can match her energy level and enjoys daily walks. She is doing great with house, crate and leash training, but she will need someone patient who can continue working with her to be successful. Maya is quick and can get under your feet easily, which could be a tripping hazard for those with balance issues. Maya enjoys playing with toys and can keep herself entertained, at the same time, she is still very much a pup and will chew on rugs and electrical cords if they strike her fancy; however, Maya is easily redirected.  She is smart and very trainable and would be a joy for someone who wants to teach a dog tricks.   The adoption range for this dog is limited to NC, SC, VA and East TN.
