He came to us because his owner could no longer care for him.Byrd is a very shy guy with new people, but once he feels comfortable, he’s incredibly sweet and affectionate. We haven’t been able to put him outside with other dogs yet — even calm dogs seem to scare him — so we believe he was likely never socialized with other animals.We don’t observe our animals in home settings, so we can’t guarantee whether he is housebroken.Upon intake, all animals receive:Spay/neuterMicrochipVaccinationsBlood and fecal testingFlea, tick, and heartworm preventionA complimentary wellness examAdopters must be 21+ and live within an hour of our facility.If you would like to meet with Byrd, just email and let us know!

Julius is a 3 month old Maltese/Yorkie. He's very sweet and gets along well with other dogs, cats, and children. He was born deaf but gets around without any problems. Magnolia is such a sweet girl with terrier-like fur and a super social personality. She’s full grown, kennel trained, great with other dogs, and now spayed, up to date on all shots, heartworm negative, and microchipped. She’s ready to go to her new home. Adoption fee is $400. update this dog is going to shed a little cause she is a mixed breed. there is no guarantees as to what all is in her. but i do know one thing and that she is adorable.

Story
Keke is a very special girl. She will do well in a home with a medium sized family or one single peson that does not mind her clingyness. She is not house-trained so she will need to either be trained or be taken outside at LEAST twice a day. For this reason, I highly recommend someone who is active or outdoorsy. Our walks can range from 5 minutes to an hour. She doesn't really like the rain when the grass is wet however if she has to go she will. When I first got Keke from the shelter, I was lucky in the sense that she could eat almost anything; however, nowadays she is a little more picky, especially if she smells or sees a better option. I homemake her own food using pasta noodles, ground turkey, chicken hearts, veggies, and supplements; however, she also really enjoys the Just Food for Dogs BOXED food. She will eat dry food as a LAST resource and doesn't really like any of the store brand wet foods (to my knowledge). Would be great with a family/person with one other SMALL dog.
