Manx kittens are known for having short stubby tails, hind legs are longer than their front legs, giving them a distinctive hop in there walking, being affectionate and friendly. Pepper Ann is a very active kitty who is very determined to make everyone like him and play with him (cats, dogs, humans). He really does not take no for an answer. When he gets tired it is time to snuggle on someone doesn’t matter if you have two legs or four.
