Meet Theo — the gentle giant with a laid‑back soul Theo is a calm, easygoing sweetheart who loves nothing more than spending his days relaxing in the house or lounging in the yard. He is a 4-year-old Great Pyreneese who weighs 103 lbs. In his foster home, he sleeps wherever he pleases and settles in comfortably. He may have a bit of initial marking in a new environment, but a belly band can help while he adjusts. This big guy is wonderful with other dogs and enjoys their company. He also loves car rides and knows a few tricks, adding to his charm. Despite his mellow nature, Theo does like to “talk,” and because of his size and vocal personality, he’ll need a home without shared walls. While a fenced yard isn’t required, it would be ideal. Theo truly enjoys running around outside or simply hanging out in the yard, taking in the world at his own pace. If you’re looking for a gentle, relaxed companion who brings a peaceful presence wherever he goes, Theo might be the perfect match for your home. His minimum adoption fee is $300 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents. He has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
