Story
Meet beautiful Vicky! 💖 This well-mannered girl is as sweet as she is playful and is ready to find her forever family.Vicky was found as a stray in Tennessee and is now thriving in a loving southern foster home alongside several other dogs. She happily goes outside each day with five canine companions and truly enjoys playtime—she’d be especially thrilled to have a dog friend who likes to play a bit rough and keep up with her fun-loving style. She adores her people and, while she was briefly timid when first meeting a young child, it didn’t take long at all for her to warm up. Within a minute, a 3-year-old was petting her and Vicky was all smiles and tail wags. She walks beautifully on a slip lead, does great in her crate, and follows her foster siblings outside to take care of business like a pro.Car rides are one of her specialties—Vicky is phenomenal in the car, sitting nicely in the seat and happily taking in the sights as she rides along. With her medium energy level, Vicky would do best in a fairly active, loving home where she can enjoy playtime, companionship, and plenty of affection. She’s a wonderful girl with so much love to give—could this gorgeous girl be the one you’ve been waiting for?Name: VickyBreed: Maremma Sheepdog/CrossbreedSex: FemaleAge: 1 year (estimated)Weight: 64.0Spayed/Neutered: NoVaccinations: Up to dateHeartworm: on recent testingMicrochipped: YesBASED ON OUR OBSERVATIONS:Good with Children: YesGood with Dogs: YesGood with Cats: UnknownAdoption Fee: $550.00 (includes transport fee when applicable)Location of dog currently: Tennessee IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Paws New England is a foster-based rescue; our dogs reside in various locations throughout the south & New England.
