Handsome. H-A-N-D-S-0-M-E. HANDSOME, WOW! Meet Groot. This thick boy is 82 pounds and has the most gentle treat-taking manners we've seen! He barely touches the hand of whoever is holding the treat and he knows how to sit and wait and be so polite by not jumping on people. Groot is a friendly social butterfly. And he loves having his picture taken! He sees the camera and it's almost like he strikes a pose! Meeting people is totally one of his strengths. He's also been a gentleman meeting some other shelter dogs! One of the best things about Groot is how smooshy his face is. He sometimes snorts he is sniffing; only furthering his smooshy cuteness. He's a big guy so we'd love his adopter to continue to teach him polite leash-walking manners which he already is quite good at! Overall, he's one of those likeable, endearing, eager-to-please good dogs. He is about two years old and is neutered. Groot is waiting for you!

Beau Boerboel came to us from a kill shelter in indiana where he ended up by no fault of his own. This is a nice, friendly boy who is good with people & other dogs. He is very sweet & happy but would benefit from some basic obedience and confidence building. His approx. birth date is 10/10/23 and he currently weighs 125#. Beau knows how to sit and shake and he takes treats gently. He is a beast on a leash and needs lots of work on those manners. This guy will not go out as a protection dog or into a home with small children. Breed experience with mastiffs will be a must and he does need to go to a class. He has been vet. checked, neutered, micro chipped, is up to date on routine shots & wormings including rabies, and has been treated with flea & heart worm preventative per our protocol. He is heart worm & tick illness negative. His adoption donation is $500 and needs to be cash, certified check, money order or a debit/credit card. There is a 3% processing fee when using a debit/credit card. We do not ship or transport.Please email for an application if you would like to provide this nice kid with his forever home. ##2405990##

Meet Nyla! She is a sweet, shy, gentle girl who survived a very rough start. Nyla came from a severely neglected litter and was rescued malnourished, scared, and very weak. Today she is calm, intelligent, and loving once she feels safe. She softly licks your hand, enjoys head scratches, and gets along well with other dogs. She loves to sniff and explore and would thrive with a family who enjoys walks or outdoor time. Because of early food scarcity, she may show light resource guarding (only gentle growls). She can also jump a 4-ft fence, so she must be on leash outdoors unless in a secure dog park or designated off-leash area. Nyla is not high energy but needs more attention, structure, and exercise than my parents can provide. She is still growing and has so much potential. Requirements: reference check, vet verification, and home check. Nyla deserves a patient, loving forever home.
