Story
Reece is a loving dog! She’s about 7 months old. Loves her older brother pup but would do better in a home with kids over 5. Think of her more like a cat, loves naps in the sun wants attention when she wants it but don’t bother her when she’s sleeping. She is 90 percent potty trained. Long nights are hard for her to hold it. She loves her food and will eye your cheeseburger and will absolutely steal it from you if you aren’t looking. She needs room to run and people who have the time to give her all the love she deserves. Happy to provide any other Info as needed.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Bruno is an 80-pound, 2ish-year-old mastiff with the soul of a giant puppy and the enthusiasm of a wrecking ball (but, like, a wildly sweet wrecking ball made of candy). He’s currently in foster care in New England with another dog and attends daycare regularly. He's is social with most dogs and wonderful with people. Bruno is a goofy, active player - wrestling, zooming and sniffing are his love languages - and he’d likely shine in nosework. He enjoys moderate walks and is working on his leash manners - but playing and snuggling are really his things. He’s a full-contact snuggler (read: body pillow who snores). Bruno needs a home that will embrace his joyful 'ready to rumble' energy, play with him often and then happily share the couch (and probably the blankets).   Thank you for checking out our wonderful orphans. If you would like to find out more please email or call Diane at...diane@ulpr.org or 870-577-3744.   Please email us at  diane@ulpr.org  and request an application.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.April 30, 2026, 9:21 pm

Story
PLEASE NOTE! Unless stated otherwise, our dogs and puppies are located in Arkansas, and transported to the north/northeast once adopted. We do occasionally have dogs/puppies placed in foster homes in the north/northeast. In the cases where the pet is somewhere other than Arkansas, it will be noted beside the name of the pet.Johnny was adopted from us in January and sadly has been returned. It is no fault of Johnny's but we truly believe his adopters wanted a big dog to sit and look cute and to not put any effort into him. Johnny had no issues when he was with us originally. He demonstrated some separation anxiety while with his adopters but we believe it was due to lack of exercise and mental stimulation.  Johnny adores all people. He did great with kids here prior to adoption, but was never around any really small kids. We have no reason to believe he would not do well with them, but he might accidentally knock them down, because he himself is just a giant baby and doesn't know his size. Johnny is just over 100 lbs, is about 2 years old. We aren't certain of his breed but we believe he is some sort of Matsiff, maybe Neo Mastiff (?), with some Dane mixed in? We are not 100% sure, we just have his looks and build to go by. Johnny did great with other non aggressive dogs at doggy daycare prior to his adoption. He is now back in AR and being fostered at a doggy daycare. Johnny adores all people. He did great with kids here, but was never around any really small kids. We have no reason to believe he would not do well with them, but he might accidentally knock them down, because he himself is just a giant baby and doesn't know his size. Johnny is just over 100 lbs, is about 2 years old, and is located in New York. Story
Finn may look like a rockstar with his striking Mastiff–Shepherd good looks, but at heart, he’s a big, soft lovebug. Weighing in at about 60 pounds, Finn has grown into a handsome boy with a beautiful gray and tan coat, soulful eyes, and an even bigger personality. Despite his star-quality appearance, Finn is more of a laid-back, easygoing guy—think Eeyore vibes, but with engines revved and ready to love. From the moment he wakes up, he’s prepared to shower his people with affection… and trust us, it’s A LOT of love! Finn does well with other dogs and does need a slow, proper introductions to new friends—both two-legged and four-legged. Once he knows you, he loves you deeply. He’s happiest when he has a buddy (human or canine) to share his world with. Affection is Finn’s specialty. When someone comes to greet him, he lights up, runs over with enthusiasm, and hands out slobbery kisses and big hugs like they’re backstage passes. His joy is genuine, his heart is huge, and he’s always thrilled to see his people. If you’re looking for a big, lovable, slightly goofy rockstar who will adore you endlessly, Finn is ready to take center stage in your heart. Local adoption only $200 (in TX)

Story
Hi, I’m Luke, and I’m a big, lovable boy tipping the scales at just over 100 lbs! Don’t let my size fool you—I’m a happy, easygoing pup who just wants to play, explore, and cuddle. I’m all about the good things in life: squeaky toys, water play, long walks, and best of all—snuggle time on the couch. I’m a pro at giving hugs (though I’m working on not jumping up too hard to give them—oops!). I get along great with other dogs and kids, but because of my size and enthusiasm, I’d do best with older children who won’t get accidentally knocked over during playtime. I’m crate trained, housebroken, and walk nicely on a leash—unless there’s a squirrel… then it’s game on! I do have a slight prey drive, so a little guidance goes a long way. If you’re looking for a big-hearted, playful companion to fill your home with love (and maybe take up some space on your couch), I’m your guy. Let’s make forever happen! 🐾 Local adoption fee is $200(in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)

Story
Ralph the Derp! Ralph is a huge friendly, enthusiastic, uncoordinated 4-legged energetic goofball! He was rescued from “death row” at a high kill shelter, as a skinny stray with a treatable skin condition. His fur has almost completely grown in & he is now at a healthy weight. This overgrown mastiff/Cane Corso mix pup has no comprehension of his size, leaning into humans for affection or trying to ooze onto laps for cuddles. He is being trained not to jump and not to paw for attention/affection/play because he currently has 85# of mass behind those “congenial” moves. Ralph plays well with dogs of all sizes, but would do best with med-to-larger dogs due to his size & poorly curbed gusto. He hordes toys, taking them all to his chosen dog bed of the day. He likes to carry a special toy “baby” in his mouth when going out in the yard. He does need to be fed in his crate & will guard his empty food bowl from other dogs, unless he is distracted with a toy & led outdoors after meals. He is great on a leash, makes awesome grunty sounds when cuddled, enjoys baths. Ralph will make a great addition to an active family with older children. He is eager to please, food and affection oriented (although a bit stubborn at times), making him an ideal candidate for success with continuation of his training. Please consider adopting the gorgeous big derp into your home. Attributes: In training to avoid jumping/pawing Active family He is neutered, microchipped, had recent cherry eye repair and up to date on all vaccines and preventions. Local adoption fee is $200(in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)
