Story
Sequoia is a wonderful girl and would make the perfect addition to the right family. We have had Sequoia since she was 10 weeks old. She has grown up dogs and cats of all sizes but she seems to prefer smaller dogs now. She also has always been around farm animals chickens, goats, horse, rabbits and does great with all. We have three acres and she has always been able to walk our property freely. Her recall is great and she listens well. She has always been very loyal and protective of our family. She will bark at strangers and when the doorbell rings but stop when she is directed. She is a little leery of new people at first but once she knows we are accepting of the person she is too. She will growl when she is around new people but has never been aggressive and has NEVER bit anyone. She likes kids and grew up with our now 19 & 16 year old children but I feel for her age she will do best with teen and older. She would do good in a home with friendly small dogs and cats. Very good dog.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.     Hi! My name is Diesel. I am a 2 year old big guy  with an even bigger heart! I am a handsome Mastiff mix. I am so thankful I was saved in the knick of time and able to get here to Minnesota! My current foster mom saved me from being euthanized in an animal control facility out-of-state. While I was in animal control,  I was stressed, was not being fed enough and lost a bunch of weight. Now, I get a continuous bowl full of delicious food and treats and I’m finally getting back to looking fabulous! I’m around 105lbs, but still need to put on a little more weight. I was originally found as a stray and lived with a nice family, I even had some big kid friends. I lived with a medium/large sized female dog friend in my home. I am a big guy and I really need larger sized doggie friends to play with. Small, tiny dogs look more like toys to me. I have not been around cats, but seeing how I feel about small dogs, it might be best to not have me around cats either.  I am the goodest boy in my kennel. I don’t chew blankets, I don’t have accidents, and I am quiet as a mouse. I get play time with my German Shepard friend, Bristol, during the day in the big chain link fence. I love to sunbathe and watch people go by and the bunnies.  I know how to sit, especially when I get treats. At times I get excited and like to jump up, I just want to give hugs and kisses, but my foster mom is teaching me to stay down. When I go for walks, I like a harness. I love all the looks and attention I get when people see me! I don’t need tons of exercise, just some. After playing with Bristol, I’m ready for a nap!  Would you please consider me for your next bestest friend? I promise I’ll love you forever, keep all your secrets, give you big, slobbery kisses and never let you down!  If you would like to learn more about Diesel, please submit an interest form on our website:      https://redemptionroadrescue.rescuegroups.org/forms/ If you are viewing this listing on PETFINDER there is often MORE INFO ON and MORE PICS OF the animal DIRECTLY ON OUR WEBSITE. redemptionroad.mn@gmail.com Follow us on Facebook & Instagram! https://www.facebook.com/RedemptionRoadRescue/ @RedemptionRoadRescueMN *Adoption fee for Diesel is $550 + MN tax* All animals fully vetted appropriate for age: spayed/neutered, rabies vaccine, DHPP vaccine, 4DX test (@12 months or older), microchipped with lifetime registration, dewormed, flea/tick prevention, heartworm prevention.  *Since we typically don't know a rescue dogs actual genetics, their breed and estimated size when grown on their bio is just an educated guess based on information and observations we have.*  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.June 19, 2025, 10:47 pm

Story
Meet Finn the Rockstar! Finn is a silly and great boy and looks like a rockstar with his appearance (being a mix of Blackmouth Cur and Shepherd breeds). Finn has grown into a big boy, weighing in at a whopping 60 pounds, he's a nice medium sized dog with a huge personality. He has a beautiful gray and tan coat and gentle, kind eyes. Overall, Finn is a great dog. He gets along with everyone, with proper introductions, and loves his people deeply. He's always good with dogs, having siblings is always a great social starter for most dogs. Based on Finn's interactions with everyone he would really do well with slow and proper introductions with anyone he meets. He might be a rockstar but he just rolls like that. Finn is laidback lovebug, kinda eyore-like, easygoing and slow. From the moment Finn wakes up he is ready and engines roarin' to show anyone how much love he has, it's A LOT OF LOVE!He is also VERY affectionate, anytime someone goes to great Finn he just loves to run up to them and give them a slobbering of kisses and a big hug. He's always so happy to see people and genuinely shows it! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX)
