Story
Hi, I'm Lincoln! I love exploring every corner of my world here, having adventures and playing games with anyone who’s up for fun. I'm a BIG, sweet boy (Mastiff mix.) I'm brave, always ready to lead the way on new paths or snuggle up when it’s time to rest. My curiosity means I’m always learning, and my playful spirit keeps everyone smiling. If you need a buddy to bring energy and joy into your home, I'm your pup! Let’s start our adventure together, shall we? ---- *Rescue puppies are notorious for losing their birth certificates before entering our rescue. We cannot guarantee the breed or size they will be full grown.*

Story
Ace Ventura has 3 years experience working as a pet detective. His specialty is investigating anything fun to do or tasty to eat! You can follow along with his current investigations on Facebook at @AdoptAceVentura Ace is a dog-friendly, happy-go-lucky dude with the personality that matches Joey from Friends combined with Jim Carrey from the Ace Ventura, Pet Detective movies! He will keep you entertained and laughing! Ace loves road trips and outings but most of all he LOVES to snuggle and play with you or other dogs. And hugging things, whether it be a pillow, a toy or your arm. While at 80lbs, he's a bit of a bull in a china shop, but he's very well-behaved and a polite house guest. Simply put, he’s pretty perfect - Ace is an amazing dog!! Pictures do not do him justice. He's super handsome with a gold brindle coat that's so gorgeous and soft. Please reach out to maureen@bellashouseofblues.org or 320-634-6090 with questions or to meet Ace in person. He gives the best paw shakes and honestly, you won't want to stop petting him! Ace is currently living in a foster home in NE Minneapolis, MN.

Story
Meet Haku! He has been described as active, playful, and people-loving! Haku is housetrained and will bark when he needs to go out. He has used to a kennel in his previous home and did well during work hours. Haku knows "sit"! Haku would benefit from basic obedience training to help him work on his manners. He is very treat-motivated! He has not lived with other animals or children but has enjoyed playing with other dogs at the dog park. He can be intimidated by large dogs. All introductions should be slow and proper when bringing home new animals. Ask staff for tips! Haku loves playing with squeaky toys and chew toys to keep him busy. He would benefit from an active family that can give him daily enrichment. Come meet Haku today! *Adoption holds may be placed on available animals in person or by calling (320) 252-0896. An adoption hold reserves available animals for one day after the animal is ready to be adopted. More than one adoption hold may be placed on an available animal and will be honored in the order they were received. Adoption holds are $25 plus tax, are non-refundable, non-transferable and not applied toward the adoption fee. **Minnesota sales tax and an administrative fee ($20 for cats/dogs and $10 for small animals) will be applied to all adoptions. Donations and adoption fees help cover the cost of spay/neuter surgeries, microchipping, vaccinating, deworming, any medical procedures, and general care of all shelter animals. Story
Welcome Barron to CCPAL Rescue. Barron is a 4.5 month old Mastiff/Great Pyrenees. Barron is extremely affectionate and stunningly beautiful. This whole litter is soft, cuddly and affectionate. Barron would be great with a family with children. This dog has guardian breed, and would be a great family dog. He would be wonderful for a family with a dad that travels and wants to see his family has a dog that will watch out for them. Yeti went to a family with younger children and he is doing great. This is Barron’s brother. We prefer children to be 8 or older. He should be 60 pounds full grown. He likes water, decent on a leash and area trained. He will go on a potty pad. He is good with other dogs bigger than himself. His dad is a Dogo and mom is a Great Pyrenees. He energetic but can calm down and be extremely cuddly and affectionate. He has a soft coat and not a huge shedding dog. He has longer hair a little more like the GP momma. This breed is a guardian breed family even though she shows no signs of guarding anything at the moment. He is getting his vaccinations and will be ready for his forever home soon. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont and all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is $600 and transport is $200. This is a very desirable breed. Please be patient when you put in your application. We are being very careful in vetting people and we are a small group of volunteers. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email to ccpalinquiries@gmail.com if you have questions. Story
Hi, I’m Luke, and I’m a big, lovable boy tipping the scales at just over 100 lbs! Don’t let my size fool you—I’m a happy, easygoing pup who just wants to play, explore, and cuddle. I’m all about the good things in life: squeaky toys, water play, long walks, and best of all—snuggle time on the couch. I’m a pro at giving hugs (though I’m working on not jumping up too hard to give them—oops!). I get along great with other dogs and kids, but because of my size and enthusiasm, I’d do best with older children who won’t get accidentally knocked over during playtime. I’m crate trained, housebroken, and walk nicely on a leash—unless there’s a squirrel… then it’s game on! I do have a slight prey drive, so a little guidance goes a long way. If you’re looking for a big-hearted, playful companion to fill your home with love (and maybe take up some space on your couch), I’m your guy. Let’s make forever happen! 🐾 Local adoption fee is $200(in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)
