Story
👀 Looking for a giant-sized companion who will happily never leave your side? 🤔 🥜 Peanut is a cuddly 3-year-old Boerbel mastiff, around 140lbs, who thinks she’s a lap dog and will be your favorite shadow once you earn her trust. While it appears she didn’t have a lot of socialization in the beginning of her life, she has been learning how to live in a house and has become quite comfortable (though she’s still learning that the TV isn’t scary). She suffers from separation anxiety and can be destructive toward items when left alone. She is nervous about new people and sounds/experiences, so it does take her a little while to warm up. However, she is sweet, empathetic, and will capture your heart with her soulful eyes. 💖Peanut will thrive with an owner experienced with large breeds or someone confident guiding a sometimes fearful, sometimes stubborn 140‑lb girl. She absolutely adores being outside in a secure space — a fenced yard or even a cozy porch would be her happy place, as she loves lounging on the porch at her foster home. Most of all, watching her open up is incredibly rewarding; beneath her anxiety is a big, goofy sweetheart just waiting to blossom with the right person. Peanut is agile for her size and gets her energy out with the zoomies, loves playing with her favorite ball, shaking her rope, or chewing bones. 🎾 She is house trained and crate trained ✅ and will use her open crate as her safe space to hang out (though she’s also quite the escape artist and needs a very secure crate). She knows basic commands (“sit,” “down,” “shake,” working on “stay”) 🎓and walks well on a leash, though she’ll go her own pace and needs some coaxing with treats to keep moving sometimes. 🤭 🏡 Peanut would do best in a family as the only dog, and with patient humans who are committed to helping her continue to overcome her fears. She has a history of playing well with other dogs but has shown resource guarding with food and toys. She is good with kids, but due to her size may be better suited to families with middle-aged/older children. If you can look past the drool 🤤 and are ready for giant paws 🐾 asking for your affection, Peanut will make a wonderful addition to the family. She deserves all the love and will always want to be wherever you are.

Story
Hi, I’m Luke, and I’m a big, lovable boy tipping the scales at just over 100 lbs! Don’t let my size fool you—I’m a happy, easygoing pup who just wants to play, explore, and cuddle. I’m all about the good things in life: squeaky toys, water play, long walks, and best of all—snuggle time on the couch. I’m a pro at giving hugs (though I’m working on not jumping up too hard to give them—oops!). I get along great with other dogs and kids, but because of my size and enthusiasm, I’d do best with older children who won’t get accidentally knocked over during playtime. I’m crate trained, housebroken, and walk nicely on a leash—unless there’s a squirrel… then it’s game on! I do have a slight prey drive, so a little guidance goes a long way. If you’re looking for a big-hearted, playful companion to fill your home with love (and maybe take up some space on your couch), I’m your guy. Let’s make forever happen! 🐾 Local adoption fee is $300(in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $550 (includes transport to your area)

Story
Finn may look like a rockstar with his striking Mastiff–Shepherd good looks, but at heart, he’s a big, soft lovebug. Weighing in at about 60 pounds, Finn has grown into a handsome boy with a beautiful gray and tan coat, soulful eyes, and an even bigger personality. Despite his star-quality appearance, Finn is more of a laid-back, easygoing guy—think Eeyore vibes, but with engines revved and ready to love. From the moment he wakes up, he’s prepared to shower his people with affection… and trust us, it’s A LOT of love! Finn does well with other dogs and does need a slow, proper introductions to new friends—both two-legged and four-legged. Once he knows you, he loves you deeply. He’s happiest when he has a buddy (human or canine) to share his world with. Affection is Finn’s specialty. When someone comes to greet him, he lights up, runs over with enthusiasm, and hands out slobbery kisses and big hugs like they’re backstage passes. His joy is genuine, his heart is huge, and he’s always thrilled to see his people. If you’re looking for a big, lovable, slightly goofy rockstar who will adore you endlessly, Finn is ready to take center stage in your heart. Local adoption only $300 (in TX)

Story
Ricky is a happy and lovable 11-month-old puppy that is searching for his forever home! He lost his previous home with kids due to a no-pet policy. Ricky is: ✅ Dog Friendly ✅ House & Crate Trained ✅ Neutered ✅ Heartworm Negative ✅ Up-to-date on all vaccines ✅ Microchipped ✨ Super Smart & Eager to Please: He is already crate trained, housetrained, and walks well on leash. Ricky also has great recall and does well off leash. 🐾 Social Butterfly: He is very friendly, loves other dogs, and has a fun upbeat energy. 🎓 A "Good Boy" in Training: Ricky is currently working on his manners to outgrow puppy behaviors (jumping up and mouthing hands.) He is learning that "four on the floor" is the best way to say hello, and he’s making steady progress every day. 🏠 Although Ricky is great with kids and previously lived with children, he’s a big puppy that might accidentally knock over kids when he jumps. So for now, until his training is complete, a home without young children is best. 🐱 Ricky has passed his cat test and would do well in a home with cats. Ricky is originally from Queens NYC ACC (New York City's overcrowded open intake animal shelter). He was transferred to Greenfield Pets Animal Rescue to help find a loving home!
