Story
Sebastian is one of 11 siblings born on Family Day. He is a typical little puppy.....eat,.play, poop .sleep (maybe not in that order!). He's a pretty laid back guy who loves to run and wrestle his siblings, then settles down for a snuggle with his foster momma. He will grow into those large dog paws, so some experience with the breeds will be beneficial. He has been dewormed and had his vaccines and microchip, and will come with a voucher for his neuter done at 6 months, at our vet in Woodstock. To facilitate his neuter surgery, adopters must live with half an hour from Woodstock. His adoption fee is $500. You must be 21 years old to adopt and provide vet and personal references. An application to adopt him can be found on our website www.oxfordcountyanimalrescue.com. Click on Adopt, then Dogs for Adoption and scroll to the bottom of the page. Do not click on his profile or use Autofill as the application will not submit. All applications are reviewed, and if we feel you might be a good fit for him, you will be contacted to arrange a home visit as well as for permission to speak with your vet. Repeated phone calls and emails with not advance your application. We are a volunteer, foster based rescue and there is no opportunity to meet him before an application has been approved. Story
Ranger is vocal and loves to tell you about his day and then tell you again! He loves to be pet and looks at a gate as a challenge, not a barrier. He can be stubborn and defiant, so a strong Alpha owner is needed or he will take control. He is a powerful puller on leash, so a harness is best. He likes car rides and is crate trained. He is looking for a forever home that has some experience with the food motivated lab and stubborn mastiff. Due to his size and strength, older children are best. He has a great smile, and will show all his teeth when he is happy or nervous. He is up to date with his vaccines, flea and tick treated, microchipped, Heartworm negative and is neutered. Noelle💗 📣 AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION or FOSTER-TO-ADOPT 📣 3 years old Fostered in London, Ontario Adoption fee: $500 I’m Noelle! 💖 I came from a local First Nations community, where I was living outside with my pups. But luckily, we were all brought into care on December 14, 2024, and now I’m enjoying the good life indoors, all cozy and comfy. My pups don’t need me anymore, and now it’s my turn for some extra love and attention! 🌟 Unfortunately, I tested positive for both heartworm and Lyme disease, so I am looking for a foster or adoptive home to let me relax while I go through treatment. My medical care is paid for by the rescue. I’m a total sweetheart: calm, loving, and always up for snuggling with my humans. I’m housebroken and great with kids. I’m eager to learn, and I’m pretty proud of my leash skills (they’re a work in progress, but I’m catching on!). I’ll always be near you, hoping for some pets—and maybe a snack or two (I’m very generous that way). 🍪💕 I have been with Black Hill Dog Company and I have excelled in both training and just being a dog! I’m making progress everyday and looking forward to continued improvement! I am working really hard on my social skills as well! I would love to be the only dog in the house if possible & I need a family who is willing to continue working with me and my continued training to be the best doggy ever and shine to my fullest ✨ A huge shoutout to Black Hill Dog Company for helping me transition into a lovable companion who's sure to steal your heart! 💗 I have been spayed, microchipped, am up to date on my vaccines.
