Meet Molly! Molly is a 6-year-old Mastiff/American Bulldog mix weighing approximately 93 pounds who is looking for a calm, loving home to call her own. After spending 175 days (as of 08/17/56) in the shelter, she is ready to find the family she's been waiting for. She is now considered a Diamond Dog with adoption fee is $75. Molly is an intelligent, loyal, and deeply sensitive girl who forms strong bonds with her people. She is treat motivated, walks well on a leash, knows several basic commands, and even offers her paw for a shake. She also appears to be house trained and crate trained, making her transition into a home much easier. She would do best in a peaceful home with children 16 years of age or older or an adult only household. Molly is not compatible with female dogs but may do well with a calm, large breed male dog. A meet and greet is required for homes with a resident male dog. Molly is spayed, microchipped, heartworm negative, current on her rabies vaccination, and up to date on her basic boosters. Wolfie was initially saved from the euthanasia list at a high-kill shelter because the staff thought he was so awesome, and was pulled by our rescue when he was placed on it again. He is a loving, outgoing boy just waiting to totally devote himself to his humans. He gets along great with other dogs as long as they are not mean to him. He plays well with all the puppers in his foster home, no matter how old, young, big, or small. He loves humans of all sizes and ages and enjoys all the attention he can get. He is calm going for rides and great on a leash, so he would be a terrific go-everywhere boy. He is crate- and house-trained. He is crated in his foster home only because there are quite a few dogs, but he would be fine without a crate.Wolfie is fully vetted - neutered, current with all vaccines, microchipped, on flea/tick prevention, and has had heartworm treatment since he was positive.

Zoey came to us a three weeks ago. We had planned to keep her but our elderly Husky is not connecting well with her. Wisdom Panel says she is a mix of Cane, Mastiff, and Rottweiler and has no known genetic issues. She is super sweet and plays well with our other Cane. She is house broken. She just got an updated rabies shot. Vet says she seems to be 2-3 years old and has had a litter within the past year. She will need to be spayed. She plays well with all of our kids and rides well in the car. She does not run out if the door is left open and sleeps well on a dog bed in our room. We left her overnight with a dog sitter that came by a couple times and she did well with her toys and food; no accidents and no destruction. She could use some help with leash walking but otherwise listens to commands. She would be a great dog for an active family and other pets (if your pets don't mind her playing a lot with them!). LOVES to play and is starting to trust us - looking for her forever home.
