Story
Meet RoryDOB: 03/01/2026Location: Manor, TXNamed after the USA Women’s Hockey Team, Rory and her littermates are almost ready to fly the coop and head to their forever homes. This beautiful Mastiff and Bracco Italiano mix puppy is already showing all the traits that make this combination so special — big paws, soulful eyes, and a loving personality that promises to grow right along with her impressive size. These pups are expected to grow into large, strong dogs with gentle, loyal temperaments and a deep love for their families.Rory is curious about the world around her and enjoys exploring, playing with her siblings, and soaking up affection whenever it’s offered. Like her littermates, she is still learning about life and will thrive in a home that provides patience, structure, and continued socialization as she grows. With consistent guidance, she has all the potential to develop into a confident, well-mannered, and devoted companion. As with any puppy — especially a large or giant breed mix — raising Rory will require time, commitment, and dedication. Puppyhood comes with early mornings, house training, teething, and plenty of learning opportunities. These early stages are short-lived, but the responsibility of caring for a dog lasts a lifetime.Because Rory is expected to grow into a large dog, adopters should be prepared for the long-term commitment that comes with a giant breed, including training, appropriate exercise, proper nutrition, and ongoing veterinary care. Large dogs also require space, structure, and families committed to meeting their needs throughout every stage of life.Rory and her littermates are nearly ready for their next chapter — one filled with cozy couches, growing adventures, and families to call their own. We are seeking committed, loving homes that understand puppies are not a temporary addition, but a lifelong responsibility. If you're ready for the rewarding journey of raising a beautiful giant breed mix and providing a lifetime of love and care, Rory may be the perfect addition to your family. All donation options, adoption applications, and important links are now in one place:https://linktr.ee/SrgdrrIf donating, please note who or what your donation is for.For more information, please email us at rescueme@srgdrr.org. Story
Ringo 💙 – The Total Package Ringo is a 3 year old Cane Corso/Bully mix who was heartbreakingly abandoned near Lake Palestine… and we truly cannot understand why—because this boy is absolute perfection. From the moment he arrived in his foster home, Ringo settled in like he had always been there. He’s the kind of dog that just gets it—easygoing, loving, and ready to be your best friend. ✨ Ringo’s Highlights: • Dog friendly • Loves all people • No cats • House manners on point • Rides great in the car 💙 His Personality: Ringo is the best mix of fun and chill. He’s affectionate and snuggly, but also playful and a little goofy when the mood strikes. He loves toys, enjoys being active, and then is perfectly content to relax by your side. He’s smart, food motivated, and learns quickly—making him a dream companion. He’s resilient, gentle, and has so much love to give. All he’s missing is a family who won’t let him down again. 📍 Located near Lake Palestine 🐾 Ready for his forever home If you’re looking for a loyal, loving, and well-rounded companion… Ringo is your guy.
