Meet Baron Baron is an 85-lb bundle of enthusiasm, heart, and goofy charm who has been waiting since January for someone to finally notice him. After many months in the shelter, he is now thriving in a temporary foster home, where his true personality is shining through. Baron is a fun, spirited young dog. He gets spontaneous zoomies, bounds around the yard with joy, and has an adorable quirk where his right ear twists forward when he’s curious or unsure. It’s the kind of charm that makes people fall for him quickly. Personality and Behavior • Sweet, affectionate, and deeply loving once he feels safe • Young, high-energy, and still working on impulse control and manners • Can be jumpy and mouthy when excited • Dog-friendly with slow, structured introductions • Cat-friendly • Smart, eager to learn, and responsive to guidance • A big teddy bear at heart who wants connection and consistency Baron has made tremendous progress now that he’s experiencing life outside the shelter.
