Story
Piper is a Mastiff/Great Pyrenees and she will turn 3 on May 8th. She is a really sweet and loving dog who needs space to run and loves to explore. We live on shared land with family and she does not get along with any of the female dogs on the property. She seems to get along fine with males and loves to play when she is comfortable. We have not had any issues with introducing her to males. She is very strong and due to her size we are looking for someone who can handle her well. She does listen pretty well but she is protective so a fenced off property is important. She is great with our kids who are 7 and 3, she is very patient and gentle with them, but does resource guard her food/bones. She gets along well with cats too but does occasionally playfully chase them outside sometimes. Overall she is a wonderful dog, very affectionate, and adds an element of protection to the home.
