Story
Adopted whiskey, a 1-year-old dachshund mix from S. A. F. E at 2 months old. He has been living with me for 1 year. He is a very sweet dog and gets along well with my elderly dog. I am rehoming due to his behavioral issues, such as destructive behavior and unable to be crated I feel like it is best and he will be happiest if he has an open area to run around freely rather than stay in my home where he has to be crated several hours a day due to me working. This hasn't been an issue with other dogs I've had, unfortunately he cannot be crated, being crated has caused him to harm himself but if he is not created he can be destructive. He does well with children and very well with other dogs. He is very sweet and gentle. He does not bite or bark often. He can be very headstrong and stubborn. I have tried many training methods, classes, a clicker, treats (he is not food motivated). He is microchipped, has no health issues, and is up to date on all his shots
