Story
This adorable trio of Dachshund-Pomeranian mixes are Peoria, Buckeye, and Gilbert.  Born at the beginning of October, this playful bunch is microchipped and has started their puppy vaccine series, with spay/neuter appointments already scheduled. They are ready to soak up all the love and structure their new families can offer as they learn the ropes of potty and kennel training, and leash training when age appropriate.  Peoria is the charming lady who lives for belly rubs but is always ready to rumble and keep up with her brothers!   Buckeye is the sensitive soul; a shy little guy who is finding his confidence during playtime, but ultimately prefers quiet snuggles in bed, soaking up gentle belly and ear rubs from his favorite humans.   Finally, there's Gilbert, the little mischief-maker! His favorite game involves grabbing a toy and leading you on a merry chase. He is a pro wrestler with both his littermates and human siblings.   All three get along famously with dogs and humans of all sizes, though their feelings about cats are still a mystery.   Could one of these sweethearts be your new best friend? Please complete an adoption application at www.pathwaysforpaws.com. If either fits your family and lifestyle, you will be contacted within 48 hours. ##2595082##

Story
Meet Honey: A Little Ray of Sunshine! Just like her name implies, Honey is the sweetest pup you'll ever meet! This darling Dachshund mix was born in February and is currently enjoying all the joys of being a young dog. While she certainly appreciates a little playtime , what she truly loves most is being with her people .  Honey is searching for a family dedicated to showering her with all the affection she can handle. She gets along beautifully with dogs of all sizes and is wonderful with humans ‍‍—though her feelings about cats are currently unknown . Honey is ready to go home, having already been spayed, microchipped, and brought up-to-date on all her vaccines .  As she's still a young dog settling into a new life, her family will need to provide guidance with her potty training routine and kennel schedule , but she's already doing a great job learning her leash manners ‍. Give this precious girl the stable, loving home she deserves! Please complete an adoption application at www.pathwaysforpaws.com. Story
Meet Pepsi aka Moxie, a delightful senior dog with an alert expression that always seems to be wondering what's happening around him and if he might be missing out on something special. Pepsi's curiosity and love for good food make him quite the character, and he often dreams about the days when he might have become a chef. Though his culinary career never took off, Pepsi now enjoys his retirement in a fabulous foster home, savoring delicious meals and living the good life. Pepsi came to us from PACC when his human had to enter a care facility. Since then, his foster family has discovered what an amazing dog he truly is. Friendly with everyone he meets, whether they have two legs or four, Pepsi is well-behaved and adapts easily to new environments. He is housetrained with a dog door, leash trained, and crate trained, making him a well-mannered and easygoing companion. He is also snake trained!! Characteristics: Age: 10 years old Weight: Approximately 16 lbs Adorable floppy ears Very alert and curious Friendly and sociable Well-behaved Housetrained with a dog door Leash trained and crate trained During his time in rescue, Pepsi received a dental cleaning (a little over a year ago) and has transitioned smoothly. He has an endearing personality and an adventurous spirit, always ready to explore new things and enjoy life to the fullest. His foster reports that Pepsi is truly a joy to have around. Pepsi is looking for his forever home where he can continue his culinary adventures and bring joy to his new family. Story
We adopted our 4 year old dog from the shelter a few months ago, and he has been such a sweet companion. He gets along wonderfully with our two toddlers (ages 3 and 5) and loves playing with them. He’s energetic and affectionate, though his excitement can sometimes lead to slightly rough play he occasionally nips when the kids run, thinking it’s part of the game. He is also very protective of our family. While this can be a great trait, it has created some challenges: he has tried to nip at our kids’ friends when he thought they were being too rough, even though they were just playing. Because of this, we keep him separated when guests are over to prevent any issues. We truly believe he deserves a home where he can receive the love, attention, and training he needs. He’s a wonderful dog, but due to our daughter’s allergies and his protective instincts around visiting children, we’re unable to keep him.

These pups are in Tucson, Arizona too!

Story
FYI: Rorescue is having an adoption event on Saturday December 13 fro 12noon to 3 PM at K9 Korral 6520 E 22nd st, Tucson. If this dog is still available at that time, She will be there. Please note: Rorescue takes in unwanted, damaged or last chance dogs and try to get them to the adoptable stage. If you are looking for perfect this may not be the dog for you. HOWEVER, If you are that special person who is seeking to make this sweetie's future better than her past, please continue reading. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ VIVI is a sweet 7 lb female chiweenie. PACC estimates her to be around 4 years old. VIVI's story: We think that if Vivi were to tell her story, it would come out in book form and possibly be a best seller. VIVI obviously has had several litters of puppies. Judging by her personality, she was a great mama. At some time during her short 4 years she sustained several fractures to her hind area. She healed all on her own before landing at the local shelter. The fractures have not healed prefectly. She walks normally, jumps and plays without a care and is in no pain. Our Orthopedic and our Neurological Surgeons say that nothing is to be gained by doing any surgical repairs at this time. Doc says that she may develop arthritis in her old age, as most of us do. Her only sustaining symptom is that the end of her tail flops as she wags it. HEALTH: VIVI is in remarkable good health in spite of her past. FYI: Since VIVI has had a difficult past, we are being very selective with her new home and how to keep her safe. PLEASE NOTE: The following website may help you in your search for the perfect dog.. https://www.rescuedogs101.com/things-to-know-before-adopting-dog/ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ At RoRescue, we strive to match the dog's personality to the best possible future home. This, in no way, casts judgement on the potential adopter. Our primary concern is the dog's future safety, health and happiness. ALL RORESCUE DOGS are vet checked, spayed/neutered, dental cleaning (if needed), microchipped and UTD on shots. We do NOT adopt to: * adopters who intend for the dog to live outside. * out-of area or out of state locations. * homes where someone smokes cigarettes, vape or smoke prescribed or non-prescribed substances inside the home

Story
This holiday season brings a heartwarming surprise for Peter Parker, an almost two-year-old Pit/Basset mix, whose adoption fee has been generously cut in half by a secret Santa, making him available for just $50. Though he may be short, Peter carries a lovable weight, and beneath his initial shyness lies a big-hearted boy who transforms into an affectionate companion once he’s had a chance to warm up to you. He’s a true character, known for his playful antics, especially his endearing habit of hogging all the toys, and he thoroughly enjoys sunbathing and romping around with his brother. While he’s still perfecting his leash walking skills, his eager spirit and fun-loving nature make every outing an adventure. If you’re searching for a devoted, playful, and charming companion to bring joy into your home, look no further; come meet Peter Parker this Saturday and take advantage of this incredible opportunity to welcome this special boy into your family.  ##2065361##

Meet Nick Fury, a charming and surprisingly affectionate very large lap pup who believes every human lap was made just for him. This handsome boy adores people, demonstrating impeccable manners as he is fully kennel and potty trained, and walks like a dream on a leash, making him an ideal companion for any outing. When not showering his humans with love, Nick can often be found basking in sunbeams, perfecting his tan, or playfully asserting his dominance by bossing his brother around with good-natured authority. With his delightful blend of cuddliness, good behavior, and a touch of playful bossiness, Nick Fury is sure to bring endless joy and laughter to his forever family. ##2065362##
