Story
Max is a gentle little Dachshund who recently joined Full Circle Rescue and Sanctuary after his beloved owner passed away. He’s a kindhearted soul who has handled all the changes in his life with grace and a constantly wagging tail. This sweet boy has met a few dogs in his foster home and gets along beautifully—he’s all about good vibes and friendly sniffs. He seems to ignore cats completely, preferring to mind his own business. Max walks nicely on a leash and enjoys his backyard time, but he truly loves being with his person most of all. He’s used to having someone close by and gets lonely when left alone, so he’s hoping to find a home where he can be part of someone’s daily life again. If you’re looking for a devoted little sidekick to keep you company during your morning coffee, crossword time, or afternoon walk, Max is your guy. He’s loyal, loving, and ready to fill your home with companionship and charm. Max’s adoption fee is $300. This includes his neuter, vaccines, microchip, and parasite prevention. Apply at www.fullcirclerescueandsanctuary.com to give this sweet boy the forever home he deserves. Transport to Hagerstown, Maryland or Newtown, Pennsylvania available for $165 transport fee plus cost of health certificate.

Story
We got Barbara Jean and her sister Reba in February. They are 11 months old and I would love for them to be able to stay together. Shortly after getting them I was diagnosed with some health conditions and with 3 young kids and health conditions, I just am not able to give them the time and love and training they deserve. She is the sweetest little girl.

Story
Reba is 11 months old. We adopted her and her sister Barbara Jean in February. Since then I have been diagnosed with some health conditions and having 3 young kids, plus my health and working full time I just do not have the time to give them what they deserve. They are amazing and loving puppies just needing a better home.

Story
Current Location: Strasburg, VA Estimated date of birth: 10/27/25 Hello! My name is Luna (L Litter)! I just arrived at OPH from Mississippi and I'm getting used to my new foster home. I'm a female, thought to be dachshund mix (with something else) born around 10/27/25. Based on my current weight of 5 pounds I will likely be in the 35 pound range when full grown. I enjoy wrestling with my sisters and playing with the fun toys in my pen. I also enjoy snuggling and giving kisses to my foster family. I'm doing a great job learning to use the peepads and I sleep in my crate with the door open. I will be available to go home with my new family starting 12/22/25. If you're looking for a playful affectionate pup apply to adopt me now. Some things to know about puppy adoptions: I'm searching for... * someone who won't leave me home alone for more than 4 hrs, at least not until I am older. The older I am the more I can stay home alone. * I am looking for my forever home, not my for right now home. So as I get bigger I need someone to teach me how to be the best dog I can be. I am young and still learning. You may want to teach me some new tricks like sit, stay, etc. Professional training will help me bond with you. That sounds like fun! * I saved the most important for last. I am hoping my new mom or dad will snuggle with me, play with me and love me forever and ever!
