Story
Hi, I'm Angelica, but my foster family just calls me Mama. I was living in a car with my owner and my daughter. My owner decided we deserved better homes so now we're with ARPO. I'm a super sweet girl who does great with people of all ages. I'm good with other dogs too but can be pretty forward so I'd need doggy friends who can handle my confidence. I'm iffy with cats. Don't want to hurt them but definitely love to chase. My breed mix a guess but I appear to be a miniature pinscher mix. I am three years old and weigh about 20 pounds. I'm spayed, microchipped, current on my shots, and HW negative. I am crate trained and housebroken, but I will likely need a refresher in my new home. If you're interested in meeting me please fill out an application and my friends with ARPO will be in touch! If you are interested in adopting an ARPO pet, please visit our website at arporescue.org to learn more about our adoption process and complete our adoption application. ARPO limits adoptions to within 50 miles of Indianapolis. We do not have a shelter; all pets are in volunteer foster homes.

Consider the lifestyle change this puppy will come with. He cannot be crated for more than 3-4 hours at a time until he's older. Puppy-proofing your home will be necessary. Puppies scratch and nip, so if you have small children, can they handle this? Training will be so important in this puppy's life. Do you have the time? Adoption donations cover pre-adoption vet costs (including vaccinations, spay/neuter, heart worm test if applicable) microchip, worming and flea/tick/heart worm (if applicable) preventatives. Donations for our young, healthy puppies and dogs support their fellow canines of advanced age or suffering from injuries and abuse whose donations are reduced but whose veterinary costs are typically much higher. We appreciate your understanding that your newly adopted dog will help others in need. ##2605736##
