At about 14 pounds, this young adult boy is the perfect pint-sized companion—and he’s got the personality to match! ❤️ He’s dog-friendly, cat-friendly, house-trained, and crate-trained, although he really doesn’t need a crate. He’s not destructive and is exceptionally well-behaved in the house, making him an easy and enjoyable addition to his forever family. He’s the kind of little guy who doesn’t need a lot of fuss or management—just a loving home, a comfy spot to hang out, and someone to share life with. If you’re looking for a small companion who is sweet, well-mannered, and gets along with everyone, this handsome boy might just be your perfect match! ❤️   All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. These poor puppies were living outside and arrived covered in fleas and battling intestinal worms. Despite their rough start, Bubbles is ready to leave that chapter behind and find her happy-ever-after! Bubbles is expected to stay on the smaller side and has more of that sweet, easygoing personality, and a lap girl. She loves attention, playing, giving kisses, and being close to her people. She’s still a puppy, so her new family should be prepared to continue working on training, manners, and all the important lessons that come with growing up. Bubbles is spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and current on flea, heartworm, and tick prevention. Her adoption fee is $350. Bubbles is currently in Texas but can travel to Washington, Portland, Oregon, Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington, Kentucky, and along the East Coast. If transportation is needed, there is an additional $250 transport fee. Unfortunately, due to state regulations, Bubbles cannot travel to Rhode Island or Massachusetts. This 8-month-old spitfire is a Rat Terrier/ Chihuahua Pinscher mix with the heart of a lap dog and the confidence of a dog three times her size. Sassy is whip-smart (she's already figuring out the humans around her faster than they're figuring her out) and endlessly affectionate — she'll happily curl up in your lap one minute and zoom around the room the next like she's got somewhere very important to be. Spoiler: she doesn't. She just has a lot of opinions and a lot of energy. She's looking for a family who appreciates a dog with personality — someone who'll match her enthusiasm on walks, laugh at her antics, and give her plenty of love (which she will return tenfold). Meet Milo! 🐾Those ears! Milo is an adorable approximately 5-year-old, 14-pound Dachshund mix with short little legs, a huge smile and a pair of ears that seem to have a personality all their own. His Dachshund heritage shows in those cute little turned-out feet, while those enormous ears leave us wondering—Miniature Pinscher? Chihuahua? Whatever the mix, they're guaranteed to make you smile!Milo came to us from Kentucky, where he lived with two other small dogs. Sadly, his owner fell on hard times and was unable to find housing that would allow the dogs to stay with them. Now Milo is looking for a new family to call his own.Milo can be a little cautious when meeting new people, but a few meaty treats are a great way to win him over! Once he realizes you're a friend, his sweet, affectionate personality shines through. At a recent adoption event, once he got comfortable, he was wonderful!His previous rescue tells us that Milo loves laps, belly rubs, squeaky toys and treats. He's not much of a fan of being crated and would much rather be by your side snoozing—or, better yet, curled up on your lap! Milo is house-trained, has used pee pads and will also potty outside. He walks nicely on a harness and leash and enjoys car rides, especially when he can look out the window. He does well with other small dogs, although larger dogs aren't really his cup of tea.At only 14 pounds, Milo is a wonderfully portable size, but there's plenty of personality packed into that little body. If you're looking for a happy little sidekick who loves being close to his people, Milo might be just the companion you've been waiting for.
