Story
Lily is a sweet girl looking for a person or a family she can bond with. She loves to snuggle and play. Lily would do fine with older children. She also would be fine being the only pet in the house. She gets along with other animals, but it’s very overwhelmed with large dogs and will spend her time hiding from them in her crate. Lily is cautious of people when she first meet them, but then soon warms up. She is spayed up-to-date on her shots and on heartworm prevention. She likes chew toys, and a plane. She is housebroken and crate trained. Lily would make a great addition to any family that has time to spend with her and to make her a priority.

Story
Bane is a 5.5-month-old Min Pin mix weighing about 28 pounds, and he’s as sweet as they come! This little guy loves everyone he meets and has the perfect mix of puppy playfulness and gentle affection. He’s potty and crate trained, good with both big and little dogs, and is already showing how smart and well-mannered he’ll be as he grows. Bane enjoys cuddling up close after a good romp outside, happily soaking up all the love and attention he can get. He does get a little car sick, so short rides and time to adjust will help him out. Whether he’s chasing toys or snuggling on the couch, Bane’s kind spirit and lovable personality make him the perfect companion for a lucky family ready to give him a forever home. Story
First of all, let me state that if I don't believe you would be a good fit for Boo, I will not rehome her. I adopted her when she was six months old and has been my companion for eleven years. I adopted another dog to be her companion while I worked and they had a dog door to the back yard to run around in and for other business. About five months ago, my other dog passed away. Over the last year, she slept a lot and she was older than Boo. She developed a cough and congestive heart failure and had trouble breathing. I had to put her down and it was like seeing my child die. Boo grieved for about a month and bounced back like her old self. I work full-time and have to commute in a lot of traffic on I-35, so I am away from home sometimes ten hours a day. I also found out I was allergic to dogs. Boo is all alone and she sleeps most of the day, I don't want her to have this kind of life! I want her new people to have time for her, preferably retired and can spend time with her.

Story
(Bonded to Kiddo) Roscoe and his best friend Kiddo are a spunky bonded pair who found their way to us after their owner could no longer care for them. These “young seniors” have clearly known love and stability and are ready to continue that journey with their next forever family. Every morning this dynamic duo emerges from their cozy cocoons, ready to greet the day. Roscoe, the ball-obsessed athlete of the pair, comes fully equipped with his own ball launcher—and all he needs now is a dedicated human to keep up with his enthusiasm! Here are two videos of Roscoe playing fetch: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/xk3ylau0D8A https://www.youtube.com/shorts/KnvG5KxY-fg Kiddo can walk on her own and also has a wheelchair that allows her to cover more ground quickly. With her trusty doggy wheels, she zips over mulch and rough terrain with confidence and determination. Her mobility challenges don’t slow her down —she’s strong, confident, and full of life. Both Roscoe and Kiddo have a soft spot for treats and stuffed Kongs and will happily trade kisses for snacks. Their bond with each other is something truly special—they gently cuddle and play together, but they can also roughhouse like pups half their age. If you’re looking to welcome not one, but two incredible dogs into your heart and home, Roscoe and Kiddo are ready to meet you. To set up a no-obligation "meet and greet," fill out an application at wimberleywagrescue.org.
