Whenever I hear the name Rolo, I think of chocolate covered caramel and pure sweetness. This boy named Rolo, unfortunately, came to us severely matted and quite skinny, obviously he had been neglected in his former life. He’s about 4 years old and presently weighs 55 to 60 pounds. He’s playful, curious, energetic, and very happy. (Although he’s dog friendly, he needs to be fed separately from any other pets in the family.) He’s crate trained, too! A real sweetie! In fact, he’s turned into chocolate covered caramel! A true Rolo! Yum! (posted 7/8/26, ME) Adoption Fee: $395.00-- covers microchip, worming, all vaccines, monthly heart worm preventative, monthly tick/flea preventative, spaying/neutering, health certificate, and complete medical records. Transport Fee: $170.00-- We consider the transport to be of great importance and, as such, take particular care of the dogs during the trip. Meet Scottie, a 9-year-old poodle who has absolutely no idea he’s blind. And we mean BLIND. He may occasionally run straight into a wall, pause for half a second like he’s reconsidering his life choices, and then simply readjust and keep on trucking. 😂 At 9, Scottie is getting close to his senior years, but he certainly doesn’t act like he has any limitations. He is confident, easy-going, and just happy to be wherever his people are. He’s house trained, wonderful with other dogs, and incredibly sweet, cuddly, and affectionate. He loves attention, but he’s also perfectly content to curl up in a cozy bed and take a nap when nobody is available to give him some love. Scottie is also VERY food motivated, which makes treats an excellent way to get his attention. 😉 He may be blind and getting up there in age, but Scottie hasn’t let either one slow him down. He’s just a happy little guy who keeps moving forward, occasionally with a wall-induced detour. 😂 Scottie’s adoption fee is $300 and includes his vaccines, neuter, microchip, and parasite prevention. Please contact Glenda (fairydogmother@gmail.com) for more information about this pet.Bonnie is a one year old scruffy, wirehaired Labradoodle. Bonnie is beautiful, smart and friendly. She  listens well and will be easily trained to do whatever her adopter(s) wish. Bonnie is crate trained and weighs 40 pounds. She transferred from the groomer that actually saved her life  but had no space for her.  She is playful and does well with other dogs. I believe she would also be good with cats. Bonnie came to this rescue in August 2025 and decompressed and blossomed while waiting for the $ to come in for spay surgery and vetting.  Now spayed and healed, Bonnie is posted for adoption.  She is heartworm negative and on monthly heartworm and flea preventives, and she is ready for a forever home. Bonnie's adoption fee is a tax deductible donation to the rescue in the amount of $600.  Fees are required to pay vet bills and feed rescue dogs and are not negotiable. September 8, 2026, 12:50 am
