Teddy is the perfect dog if you are looking for someone with the enthusiasm of a puppy but the lifestyle habits of an adult. Potty trained....check. Runs to crate and jumps right in when offered a treat...check. Crates quietly overnight...check. Knows how to sit and plunks down faster than Hussein Bolt when a treat is in hand...check. Speaking of track stars, Teddy has speed and agility athlete written all over him. He will want to run and walk and do all the things with you and or your kids. And, at the end of the day, will literally sit on your feet (or in your lap) and keep you company while you watch the latest Netflix release. Because he is young, Teddy does need to still work on his manners a bit. His first instinct is to say hi as close to you as possible so will try to jump up but he is improving and so treat motivated that is progression is very quick. He is being fostered in a home with two large male dogs, kids and a strong-willed cat and has treated everyone with respect. Teddy’s adoption fee is $350.00 which includes all shots, spay, microchip and 1 month of heartworm preventative. Story

Please read Wilford s entire bio before applying. Wilford is a 1 year old little boy that is believed to be an Australian labradoodle. He just knows he is a good boy! Full grown he should weigh about 40 pounds. Wilford was confiscated by animal control very skinny and matted. He had to have his tail and back legs shaved due to matting. He will see a groomer before adoption. Knowledge of the grooming and care of the breed is very important. He has been thriving in his foster home, learning there will always be food, water and love available. He is learning about boundaries from his foster sister, but is still learning boundaries with other dogs. He takes correction very well from the little old lady dog and loves to play with his 85 pound foster sister. Wilford would be ok with dogs of all sizes and probably be ok with kitties. Wilford would love a companion dog to continue to show him how to be a good boy. He would also love family with some children to play with. He is a very active boy but is very lost without another dog in the home. Wilford is still a puppy and is very "mouthy" he is still learning that human hands (and feet) are not chew toys. So his humans will need to remind him this is not ok. Wilford knows, sit, stay, enough, leave it and lay down. He is completely crate trained and will need to be crated when gone. He will cry in his crate if there is no other dog or human in the room with him. He is mostly housetrained as long as he is kept on his schedule. Since Wilford is a "designer breed" and had a very rough start, his foster mom will be very selective with his new home.
