Say hi to Franklin!His sweet face tells the story that he is ready for his first real home! Franklin came to us from a puppy mill where he lived in a kennel 24/7 and was only used for breeding. He had no idea what a loving home could look like. Now it is time to get one of his very own! Franklin went through our prison training program and has recently moved to a foster home. He is nervous in new situations and will need a patient adopter who understands he requires some grace while learning the ropes.  He would do best in a quieter home without small children. Once he warms up he loves his people! He loves other dogs and would do best having another pup or two in the home to show him how to 'dog'.  Franklin is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and HW negative. He is crate trained, doing well with potty training and is great on a leash.  If you are interested in adding Franklin to your family please complete an adoption application: https://www.prodogsohio.org/adoptables His adoption fee is $350  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We appreciate your support, in order to help us continue to rescue dogs! We do not ship our pets. We also require that you personally bring the pet back to us should the adoption not work out.   We do NOT negotiate adoption fees. All money goes to support our rescue operation. We are 100% volunteered based. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Online Adoption Application › Introducing Bruno. Bruno has been with DASH for almost 2 years trying to overcome his previous life, which we believe included some abuse. He was set to be euthanized at another shelter before the rescue stepped in to help this misunderstood pup. He has come such a long way, but is still very shy and still only likes to be handled on his terms. He is really great for the groomer and he is housebroken and crate trained. He gets along with the other dogs in his foster home, but a big pack would not be his cup of tea. Another confident dog in his new home would be perfect. He is very sweet, and will need someone who understands this boy will continue to need some patience and love and some one on one time.
