Commercial breeding dogs, year after year, are housed in large numbers in small runs that have both indoor and outdoor access at all times. All day, every day, they are kept alive for one sole purpose... in anticipation for the next litter to make the breeder $$$$! This is 100% what factory farming of dogs looks like. These dogs are extremely fearful of human touch because they rarely are given any human attention. The only interaction these dogs get are when someone comes to feed them or to shove them through to the outside to clean their kennel. The wasted years of emotional neglect takes their toll on these beautiful dogs. It can take weeks, months or even years for them to trust you. Noelle has been in rescue for over a year. She is just now inquisitively coming out of her kennel. We truly believe she is ready to go home. We believe with patience, time, and alot of compassion, she will be a wonderful dog. The years spent in the commercial kennel may always linger in the background. You can see she wants to be loved so badly and yet, her fear holds her back. Now accepting applications for Viggo a Doodle mix pup that came from Alabama with no mother and 3 siblings.  He has 2 sisters and a brother.  One of the parents was a Party colored Miniature Poodle and we don't know what the other was.  We are thinking these pups will be 30-35 lbs full grown.  He is sweet, friendly, and playful.  He is up to date on vaccines and preventatives having been given 3 DAPP's, Rabies and Revolution topicall.  Viggo is being fostered in Mechanicsburg, PA.
