He comes to us from the NACC where he was surrendered because his owner had medical issues. Kolbe is a very sweet dog. He loves other people and pets. He walks well on leash and his house manners are pretty good. So far he has been a delight to foster. He does like to play with other dogs and does not seem like a 7 year old dog. He acts more like a puppy. He is so delightful. Don't miss out on this guy! Apply now! Kolbe will have his neuter on April 28. After healing Kolbe will be ready for adoption. While it was a difficult decision for her previous family, its clear that Remi is ready to find a loving home where she can truly thrive. Though shes still new and were getting to know her personality more each day, one thing is already certainRemi is incredibly sweet and gentle. She does have some cloudiness in her eyes, but she navigates her surroundings well, and her foster mom does not believe she is fully blind. Remi is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccines, so shes ready for her forever family. She has a great appetite (she loves mealtime!) and is making steady progress with house training. She is crate trained, sleeps peacefully through the night in her own bed, and has a calm, quiet natureshe rarely barks. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs and has even done well with a rabbit in her foster home, showing her gentle and easygoing temperament. Remi also enjoys cuddling and being close to her people, making her the perfect little companion. She loves toys, bones and a long back scratch. Cuddles gets along well with other dogs and earns her name, being so snuggly. Update 3/20/26: Cuddles is feeling 100% better after her surgery. She is full of life and ready to find her new home. She will need to remain on prescription food to ensure she does not have any more bladder stones. She is a lovely little girl and will make a wonderful pet! Cuddles, a 10 year old, 14 pound poodle mix, is new in rescue. She was surrendered to the rescue on Sunday afternoon by her family because they no longer had time for her or her medical issues. She was reported to have skin issues. While she does have itchy skin, her more pressing issue was the blood we saw in her urine. Cuddles was taken to the vet first thing Monday morning. The vet performed some tests and it was revealed she had bladder stones. She was placed on pain medications, antibiotics and specialized food to shrink the stones. After a week of treatment she was still miserable and in a lot of pain. After re-evaluation, the vet scheduled her for surgery. The stones were removed on Monday, March 16th and sent to the lab to determine the type so we can prevent them in the future. Cuddles is now recovering from surgery and is already feeling better.
