Story
Meet Pepper. She is a sweet Schnauzer mix who hasn't had the best start in life. She came to us as a rescue from Mexico after being horribly abused. Her recovery here has been nothing but miraculous as she has blossomed into the strong beauty she is today. She can be shy and timid at first but opens up to be the sweetest and most gentle soul ever. She does well with other dogs, enjoys car rides and walks. Pepper is 18 months old, 29 lbs, up-to-date on her shots, spayed, micro chipped, crate and potty trained. She really needs an owner that understands rescue dogs that have experience trauma in their past. With some patience, understanding and lots of love, Pepper will be your best and most loyal friend forever. ♥️ This is a post for K9 Connection Pet Rehoming And Adoption Inc. Contact Vicky Hetrick at (760) 672-2258. It's a 501c3 rescue so an adoption fee will apply. Please go to the website to fill out an application. You'll need to use a laptop or computer as the application does not pull up correctly on smart phones or iPads. Please no young children. www.k9connectionpetadoption.org

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Johnny Boy is a Tibetan Terrier - Jagdterrier Mix. He was rescued from the Escondido, CA Humane Society for being extremely Fearful. This poor boy was only 4 months old when he was brought to my attention. Unfortunate, he was part of an accidental litter. His owner was very ill so she adopted him out to a family she thought would take care of him the rest of his life. Not sure what happened , but not even 24 hours this family decided to surrender him to the shelter instead of giving him back to his original owner and then blocked her from calling them. His original owner became frantic so she reached out to me looking for her dog. After explaining the situation I searched for Johnny and found out that he was dumped at the shelter. The next day I pulled this poor 4 month old that was petrified out of his mind. Two days later Johnny Boy is playing witj the other dogs and having the time of his life. I'm very happy that I took Johnny Boy under my wings. Johnny Boy, is happy, healthy and very friendly with people he bonds with and he's amazing with other friendly dogs no matter the size. He kennel trained, loves playing with his toys and going on his walks. Johnny Boy, needs a loving person to call his own and maybe even a young dog he can play and bond with which would be a blessing and an added bonus. If you live in LA county, San Diego County or surrounding areas have a home with a yard and a secured fence and would love to adopt Johnny Boy, then please complete our adoption application at tlck9rescue.orgVisit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.July 23, 2024, 3:44 pm
