Meet Copper, the sweetest Mini Schnauzer you’ll ever meet! This lovable guy has a heart as big as his personality and he adores everyone he comes across, whether they’re two-legged or four. Copper is happiest when he’s by your side, soaking up cuddles and sharing his gentle, affectionate nature. He’s currently working on shedding a few extra pounds, but that just means more walks, playtime, and adventures with his new family! If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will fill your home with love (and a little bit of happy snoring), Copper is your guy. - Around 5 years old - Currently about 33lbs and losing *on a weight loss journey* - Good with kids, cats and dogs - Adoption fee: $400 *pre-adopt* This dog is currently housed at our shelter. If you are interested, please come in at your earliest availability during our open hours, no appointment necessary. We do same-day adoptions, do not hold dogs, and work on a first-come, first-served basis as long as it is an excellent fit for both parties. If you have questions or want to possibly schedule an appointment on one of our closed days, you may email dogs@adoptapetfenton.com. Dog adoption fees include spay/neuter, rabies vaccine (if age-appropriate), distemper/parvo combination vaccine, leptospirosis vaccine (if age-appropriate), bordetella vaccine, deworming, heartworm test (if age appropriate), heartworm preventative, flea preventative, a dental cleaning (if necessary), and a microchip. Future vaccines, tests, and treatments will be the responsibility of the adopter.
