Story
Meet Miami — The Sweet Mini Schnauzer Looking for a Fresh Start! Age: 5 years • Miniature Schnauzer • Dog-friendly • Needs Foster/Adopter (South Jersey) Miami is a handsome 5-year-old mini schnauzer who was recently surrendered by a breeder, and now he’s finally getting his chance to learn what love, comfort, and family really feel like. This sweet boy is gentle, friendly, and great with other dogs. He’s still learning the ropes of house training — understandable after the life he came from — but he’s already making progress and just needs a patient, kind human to cheer him on. Miami is heartworm positive, but don’t worry — the rescue covers 100% of his treatment. A foster just needs to be able to drive him to a few scheduled appointments. He’ll handle the rest with his signature Miami charm. Because he’s still adjusting to the world, Miami needs a home without small children — a calm, secure environment where he can continue to blossom. Miami is the whole package: Dog-friendly Sweet and easygoing Eager to bond Just wants a safe place to land   If you’re in Southern NJ and can foster (or adopt!) this wonderful little guy, Miami would be so grateful for a cozy spot to call home while he heals and learns to be a beloved pet. Miami is neutered and up to date on vaccines. https://peytonsplaceanimalrescue.org/become-a-foster/ ##2542756##

Story
Luna girl is a very sweet affectionate girl she loves to be held like a baby she loves attention she will cuddle with you all day if you let her😍 She’s about 1 1/2 now I had her since she was 8 weeks old. She was sold to me by the breeder as full mini schnauzer but as she grew old I could tell she more than like was a schnauzer mix. If you know the schnauzer breed they do tend to bark a lot. She normally barks at loud sounds or noise and of course the front door. She is very protective of me and her older schnauzer brother who is 5. I would like to rehome them both together because they extremely love each other but it has been very hard to find the pet home for them both together. The reason for making the decision to rehome them is because of my very busy schedule and my future plans to relocate for work. I have been trying told hold off from this decision for some time now but I just pray i can find them a loving home together or individually.

Story
Hello, my name is: RuthApprox. DOB: 12/18/2020Weight: 11.2 lbsSex/Breed: Spayed female Miniature SchnauzerRescued From: Breeding kennelRescued from a breeding kennel, Ruth is still learning how to navigate life as a beloved pet. New experiences can feel overwhelming, and she is still nervous around people and being handled, but she truly doesn’t have a mean bone in her body. With patience, she has even started to offer little kisses — a sweet sign of the progress she’s making. Ruth will thrive in a quiet, patient home with a confident resident dog to help guide her. She relies heavily on other dogs for comfort and has done well with cats. Training and confidence-building are still in the early stages, so her forever family will need to move at her pace and celebrate small steps forward. A securely fenced yard would be ideal for her continued growth. Ruth is a resilient girl who just needs time, understanding, and love to flourish. If you’re ready to help her discover that the world can be safe and full of love, she may be the perfect fit!Help us continue to step up for dogs like Ruth and consider donating towards their medical care: https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/donation-form/donate-to-make-a-difference-in-animals-livesAll our dogs are microchipped, spayed/neutered, and up to date on vaccinations and preventatives.Interested in adopting? Story
** Current Location: in a foster home in South Korea ** • Personality: She's sociable and energetic. She adapts to new places right away and loves to reach out to new people and friends she meets. She knows how to say hello to familiar people and friends. She loves to play with other dogs and loves to play with people. She picks up on new training quickly, so we think she would make a great dog for a family with a good understanding and training knowledge of dogs. She's a bit of a sneaky prankster right now, so she can get into trouble, but she's affectionate, gentle, and full of energy. • Affinity with -Cats:She is currently living with cats in a temporary foster home. She is not aggressive with cats, but she is very interested in them, so if you have a cat that likes dogs, she would be fine. -Dogs: She is currently living with the dogs in her foster home without any issues. They play well with each other, are socialized, and warm up quickly to new dogs they meet. -Adults/Kids: She is very fond of people and loves to be petted. She warms up quickly to people she meets for the first time. • Shedding: Moderate. There is shedding in certain periods. Her fur is best brushed daily with a silicone brush. • Walking Manner: She loves to go for walks, both familiar and new, and prefers to take fast, wide, territorial walks (rather than slow, sniffing the trails). He also loves to run in the park, but will sometimes try to run outside if there is no fence. she is fast and has a lot of energy, so she loves to run around in large parks and meet people and dogs. she also loves to go for walks in the mountains, but she has a hunting instinct and is interested in small snakes, rodents, and birds. • Housetrained: She goes potty on pee pads and highly prefers to go outside. She can chew on wood and plastic furniture and will grab small items that fall on the floor and play with them. She's very playful and will run around with you if you have a like-minded friend in the house. • Separation Anxiety: She's always been around other dogs, so we can't confirm, but we think she'll be fine on her own. • Bark or Howl: She barks briefly when she hears strangers outside. There is no howl • Carsickness: She had drooling at first, but now she rides well.
